Resumo: Studies related to the use of homeopathy in dentistry are scarce in the scientific environment, and also at the undergraduate level. The objective of the present study was to analyze the knowledge of dentists about homeopathy in the city of Redenção-PA, through an online questionnaire applied to professionals, in order to analyze how knowledge about homeopathy is inserted among the dental professionals in a municipality, with a qualitative, explanatory and deductive character, delimited by existing records in the literature of authors in the field of dental homeopathy. This analysis made it possible to establish a bridge that correlates the scarcity of studies in the area with the little knowledge of professionals on the subject and the prevalence of conventional therapy today. To serve as a stimulant to professionals in this region a humanistic and holistic therapy. From the results found, we only obtained negative responses regarding the existence of professionals in the area of ​​this region, on the other hand, we observed a large number of young professionals interested in having qualifications in homeopathy.

El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar el conocimiento de los odontólogos sobre la homeopatía en la ciudad de Redenção-PA, a través de un cuestionario en línea aplicado a los profesionales, con el fin de analizar cómo se inserta el conocimiento sobre la homeopatía entre los profesionales de la odontología en un municipio, con un carácter cualitativo, explicativo y deductivo, delimitado por los registros existentes en la literatura de autores en el campo de la homeopatía dental. Este análisis permitió establecer un puente que correlaciona la escasez de estudios en el área con el poco conocimiento de los profesionales sobre el tema y la prevalencia de la terapia convencional en la actualidad. Servir de estimulante a los profesionales de esta región una terapia humanista y holística. De los resultados encontrados, solo obtuvimos respuestas negativas respecto a la existencia de profesionales en el área de esta región, por otro lado, observamos una gran cantidad de jóvenes profesionales interesados ​​en tener formación en homeopatía.Estudos relacionados ao emprego da homeopatia na odontologia são escassos no meio científico, e também em nível de graduação. O objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar o conhecimento dos cirurgiões-dentistas acerca da homeopatia na cidade de Redenção-PA, por meio de questionário on-line aplicado aos profissionais, com objetivo de analisar de que maneira o conhecimento acerca da homeopatia está inserido dentre os profissionais dentistas de um município, de caráter qualitativo, explicativo e dedutivo, delimitado pelos registros existentes na literatura de autores na área da homeopatia odontológica. Essa análise permitiu estabelecer uma ponte que correlacione a escassez dos estudos na área com o pouco conhecimento dos profissionais sobre o assunto e a prevalência da terapia convencional atualmente. Para servir como estimulante aos profissionais dessa região uma terapêutica humanística e holística.
