Use of digital technologies as a Education Program of Work for Health strategy to convey health education and promotion information in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic

Resumo: | Objective: To report the experience of an Education Program of Work for Health group during the new coronavirus pandemic using technological health education strategies. Methodology: Descriptive and qualitative experience report, experienced by an interprofessional group from the State University of Pará during the new coronavirus pandemic, through the use of light-hard technologies in the context of health education. Results: The group produced about 40 materials on various themes during the years 2020 and 2021. The productions has been ocurred four times a month and were supervised by the group's preceptors, coordinator and tutor. Themes was chosen using the health calendar provided by the Ministry of Health. Conclusion: With the onset of the new coronavirus pandemic, the activities of program needed to be readjusted to the new reality. Thus, the use of the virtual devices as a materials for prevention and health promotion proved to be necessary for the continuation of the activities, in addition to strengthening care networks and promoting collaborative health practices. |

Metodología: Informe de experiencia, descriptiva y cualitativa, vivida por un grupo interprofesional de la Universidad del Estado de Pará durante la nueva pandemia de coronavirus, mediante el uso de tecnologías levadura en el ámbito de la educación para la salud. Resultados: El grupo elaboró alrededor de 40 materiales a cerca de varios temas durante los años 2020 y 2021. Las producciones se realizaron cuatro veces al mes y fueron supervisadas por los preceptores, coordinador y tutor del grupo. Los temas elegidos tuvieron en cuenta el calendario sanitario facilitado por el Ministerio de Sanidad. Conclusión: Con el inicio de la nueva pandemia de coronavirus, las actividades del programa debían reajustarse a la nueva realidad. Así, el uso del entorno virtual como herramienta de prevención y promoción de la salud resultó ser necesario para la continuidad de las actividades del grupo, además de firmar las redes de atención y promover prácticas de salud colaborativas.Objetivo: Relatar a experiência de uma equipe do Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho em Saúde durante a pandemia do novo coronavírus utilizando estratégias tecnológicas de educação em saúde. Metodologia: Relato de experiência, de caráter descritivo e qualitativo, vivenciado por um grupo interprofissional da Universidade do Estado do Pará durante a pandemia do novo coronavírus, por meio da utilização de tecnologias leve-duras no âmbito da educação em saúde. Resultados: O grupo realizou a produção de cerca de 40 materiais de variados temas durante os anos de 2020 e 2021. As produções ocorriam quatros vezes ao mês e eram supervisionadas pelas preceptoras, coordenadora e tutora do grupo. As temáticas escolhidas levaram em conta o calendário de saúde disponibilizado pelo Ministério da Saúde. Conclusão: Com o início da pandemia do novo coronavírus, as atividades do programa precisaram ser readequadas para a nova realidade.
