From bachelor to teacher: challenges in teacher education of health professional

Resumo: This text has as a proposal to discuss about the performance of the bachelor without pedagogical complementation as a licensee, observing if this condition results in students' learning difficulties. A semistructured questionnaire was applied, with thirty three participating teachers, graduated in the area of human health, who participated in the courses in the health area of three institutions. The data were treated by the content analysis and the triangulation was performed for a detailed description of the phenomena. The objective of the research was to understand the academic training of the Health Courses as well as their pedagogical complementation to act as a teacher. Exploratory field research, qualitative approach to evidence the profile and the training of the teachers who work in the courses of health. Thus we highlight the most relevant premises of the results obtained in order to highlight the experiences and professional experiences of these teachers. The results showed that all professionals understand the need for training for teaching and that this training prepares and subsidizes their practice. In continuity to this research it is known that new factors will be evidenced and will certainly contribute to future policies for the implementation of pedagogical complementation courses, specifically aimed at the bachelors in health demanded by the many evidences that we have highlighted in this study.

Se aplicó un cuestionario semiestructurado, con treinta y tres profesores participantes, graduados en el área de salud humana, que participaron en los cursos en el área de salud de tres instituciones. Los datos se trataron mediante el análisis de contenido y la triangulación se realizó para una descripción detallada de los fenómenos. El objetivo de la investigación fue comprender la formación académica de los cursos de salud, así como su complementación pedagógica para actuar como docentes. Investigación de campo exploratoria, enfoque cualitativo para evidenciar el perfil y la capacitación de los docentes que trabajan en los cursos de salud. Así destacamos las premisas más relevantes de los resultados obtenidos para resaltar las experiencias y experiencias profesionales de estos docentes. Los resultados mostraron que todos los profesionales comprenden la necesidad de capacitación para la enseñanza y que esta capacitación prepara y subvenciona su práctica. En continuidad con esta investigación, se sabe que se evidenciarán nuevos factores y que sin duda contribuirán a las políticas futuras para la implementación de cursos de complementación pedagógica, específicamente dirigidos a la licenciatura en salud exigida por las numerosas evidencias que hemos destacado en este estudio.Este texto tem como proposta discutir sobre a atuação do bacharel sem complementação pedagógica como licenciado observando se essa condição resulta em dificuldades de aprendizagem dos alunos. Foi aplicado um questionário semiestruturado, com trinta e três professores participantes, graduados na área de saúde humana, atuantes nos cursos na área da saúde de três instituições. Os dados foram tratados pela análise de conteúdos e foi realizada a triangulação para a descrição detalhada dos fenômenos. O objetivo da pesquisa foi compreender a formação acadêmica docente dos Cursos da Saúde bem como sua complementação pedagógica para atuar como docente. Pesquisa de campo exploratória, de abordagem qualitativa para evidenciar o perfil e a formação dos docentes que atuam nos cursos da área de saúde. Assim destacamos as premissas mais relevantes dos resultados obtidos de forma a evidenciar as vivências e experiências profissionais destes docentes. Os resultados apontaram que todos os profissionais compreendem a necessidade de formação para a docência e que essa formação prepara e subsidia sua prática.
