Quality index efficiency analysis for sorting and composting plants

Resumo: The general objective of the article is to analyze the efficiency of a quality index directed to sorting and composting plants in order to evaluate the operational, organizational and environmental quality of sorting and composting plants through the Driving Force - Pressure - Impact - State model. – Response (FPIER), as well as assessing whether the aforementioned index has established cause and effect links that underlie the FPIER model, in order to qualify the projects as in inadequate, acceptable or adequate conditions. The index analyzed was structured in the form of a questionnaire involving nine indicators: location, legalization, amount of solid waste, working conditions, infrastructure, sorting and composting process, socio-environmental responsibility, administrative processes and analytical processes. For this, the methodology used in the study was based on a qualitative research through a bibliographic survey and also a case study in order to analyze the efficiency of that index. The index analyzed made it possible to evaluate and classify the operational, organizational and environmental quality of the sorting and composting plant in the municipality of São José do Rio Preto properly and efficiently, in addition to clearly establishing links between causes and effects, a very positive factor for the mobilization of involved in order to improve the conditions of the enterprise.

El índice analizado se estructuró en forma de cuestionario que involucra nueve indicadores: ubicación, legalización, cantidad de residuos sólidos, condiciones de trabajo, infraestructura, proceso de clasificación y compostaje, responsabilidad socioambiental, procesos administrativos y procesos analíticos. Para ello, la metodología utilizada en el estudio se basó en una investigación cualitativa a través de un levantamiento bibliográfico y también un estudio de caso con el fin de analizar la eficiencia de dicho índice. El índice analizado permitió evaluar y clasificar la calidad operativa, organizacional y ambiental de la planta de selección y compostaje del municipio de São José do Rio Preto de manera adecuada y eficiente, además de establecer vínculos claros entre causas y efectos, un resultado muy positivo. factor de movilización de los involucrados para mejorar las condiciones de la empresa.O objetivo geral do artigo é analisar a eficiência de índice de qualidade direcionado para usinas de triagem e compostagem a fim de avaliar a qualidade operacional, organizacional e ambiental de usinas de triagem e compostagem por meio do modelo de Força motriz – Pressão – Impacto – Estado – Resposta (FPIER), assim como avaliar se o referido indice estabeleceu vínculos de causa e efeito que fundamentam o modelo FPIER para assim qualificar os empreendimentos como em condições inadequadas, aceitáveis ou adequadas. O indice analisado foi estruturado na forma de questionário envolvendo nove indicadores: localização, legalização, quantidade de resíduos sólidos, condições de trabalho, infraestrutura, processo de triagem e compostagem, responsabilidade socioambiental, processos administrativos e processos analíticos. Para isso a metodologia utilizada no estudo foi baseada em uma pesquisa qualitativa por meio de um levantamento bibliográfico e ainda a realização de um estudo de caso a fim de analisar a eficiência do referido índice.
