Resumo: | Youth and Adult Education (EJA) is a basic education modality indicated to individuals who for some reason had your right denied to access formal education. Among the main demands of EJA, several studies highlight the proper training of teachers. To broaden the discussions about teacher training on Natural Sciences field, this work aimed to analyze the pedagogical practice of a science teacher of the youth and adults education modality from a state public school, also seeking to identify her conception of EJA, as well as their methodological references. Aiming to broaden the discussions about the training of teachers in Natural Science field, this experience report the observation and analyze the pedagogical practice of a Natural Science teacher, as well theirs conception of EJA and theirs methodological references used in his classes. Data collection was carried out using notes book during class observation, an interview with teacher and analysis of his teaching plan. In the document analysis was verified the need to establish a more detailed profile of the Natural Science teacher that act in EJA to drive pedagogical strategies that should from the reality where students are inserted. Furthermore, the experience reported proposes to the EJA teacher to use methodologies and didactic materials adapted properly to the reality of students, understanding them as subjects with previous knowledge non-formalized. |

Entre las principales demandas de EJA, varios estudios destacan la formación adecuada de los maestros. Para ampliar las discusiones sobre la formación docente en el campo de las Ciencias Naturales, este trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar la práctica pedagógica de una profesora de ciencias de la modalidad de educación de jóvenes y adultos de una escuela pública estatal, buscando también identificar su concepción de EJA, así como sus referencias metodológicas. La recopilación de datos se realizó utilizando un cuaderno de notas durante la observación de la clase, una entrevista con la profesora y el análisis de su plan de enseñanza. En el análisis del documento se verificó la necesidad de establecer un perfil más detallado del profesor de Ciencias Naturales que actúa en EJA, para impulsar estrategias pedagógicas que deberían partir de la realidad donde se insertan los estudiantes. Además, la experiencia reportada propone la profesora EJA utilizar metodologías y materiales didácticos adaptados adecuadamente a la realidad de los alumnos, entendiéndolos como asignaturas con conocimientos previos no formalizados.A Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) é uma modalidade de educação básica indicada para indivíduos que, por algum motivo, tiveram seu direito negado de acessar a educação formal. Dentre as principais demandas da EJA, diversos estudos destacam a formação adequada dos professores. Para ampliar as discussões sobre a formação de professores no campo das Ciências Naturais, este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a prática pedagógica de uma professora de ciências da modalidade de jovens e adultos de uma escola pública estadual, buscando também identificar sua concepção de EJA, bem como seus referenciais metodológicos. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de caderno de anotações durante a observação das aulas, entrevista com o professor e análise do seu plano de ensino. Na análise documental foi verificada a necessidade de estabelecer um perfil mais detalhado do professor de Ciências Naturais que atuam em EJA, para direcionar estratégias pedagógicas que deveriam partir da realidade em que os alunos estão inseridos.
