Potentialities of active methodologies in urgency and emergency teaching

Resumo: | Introduction: Urgency and emergency are considered priority situations that require fast and effective care in a short period of time. The teaching strategies carried out by professors are essential to enhance the learning process. The application of active methodologies in health education favors pedagogical practice with excellence. The general objective of the study is to analyze, through the literature, the main active methodologies used in the teaching of urgency and emergency discipline in the Nursing course. Methodology: The study was carried out through an integrative review (IR), which followed the six phases. Results and Discussion: Eleven primary studies were used for this review. In this scenario, the use of active methodologies in the educational and professional scope enhance the problematization of discussions about teamwork, as well as communication for the construction of teamwork. Final considerations: The findings of this review are relevant for health professionals, especially nurses who teach and work in urgency and emergency. |

La aplicación de metodologías activas en educación para la salud favorece la práctica pedagógica con excelencia. El objetivo general del estudio es analizar, a través de la literatura, las principales metodologías activas utilizadas en la enseñanza de la disciplina de urgencia y emergencia en la carrera de Enfermería. Metodología: El estudio se realizó a través de una revisión integradora (RI), que siguió las seis fases. Resultados y Discusión: Se utilizaron once estudios primarios para esta revisión. En ese escenario, el uso de metodologías activas en el ámbito educativo y profesional potencian la problematización de las discusiones sobre el trabajo en equipo, así como la comunicación para la construcción del trabajo en equipo. Consideraciones finales: Los hallazgos de esta revisión son relevantes para los profesionales de la salud, especialmente los enfermeros que enseñan y actúan en urgencias y emergencias.Introdução: A urgência e emergência são consideradas situações de prioridade que necessitam de atendimento rápido e eficaz em curto período de tempo. As estratégias de ensino realizadas por docentes são primordiais para potencializar o processo de aprendizagem. A aplicação das metodologias ativas no ensino em saúde favorece a prática pedagógica com excelência. O estudo tem por objetivo geral analisar, por meio da literatura, as principais metodologias ativas utilizadas no ensino da disciplina de urgência e emergência no curso de Enfermagem. Metodologia: O estudo foi realizado por meio de uma revisão integrativa (RI), onde seguiu-se as seis fases. Resultados e Discussão: Foram utilizados 11 estudos primários para esta revisão. Nesse cenário, o uso de metodologias ativas no âmbito educacional e profissional potencializa a problematização de discussões acerca do trabalho em equipe, bem como a comunicação para a construção do trabalho em equipe.
