Teacher malaise in physics teaching: perspectives and challenges

Resumo: This work had as main reason of its accomplishment to describe the main problems faced by the teachers, mainly those of public network and to show the importance of this theme since it interferes in the quality of the teaching of the students and to deepen a work already accomplished. Therefore, the school reality in physics education faces serious problems such as students' lack of interest, demotivation and teacher malaise in the area, in which it is greatly affected by the bad working conditions, poorly paid professionals and the poor infrastructure of the institutions, a mechanical form of teaching driven by the lack of equipment and laboratories. The main objective throughout this work is to point out the main difficulties faced in the teaching of physics, which leads to teacher malaise that consequently interferes in education, causing the removal of professionals or interfering in the quality of teaching. And from a bibliographic research, develop or encourage the creation of new perspectives for teaching, contributing both to the development of the student and the teacher. However, teaching can contribute significantly, through more efficient ways to teach the discipline for better working conditions, for this it is necessary to implement and use appropriate laboratories and equipment, so that the professional does not work only in the classroom classroom with theories and memorization of formulas, but also in extra-class times, such as scientific research and carrying out experiments.

Por lo tanto, la realidad escolar en la educación física se enfrenta a serios problemas, como la falta de interés de los estudiantes, la desmotivación y el malestar docente en el área, en la que se ve muy afectada por las malas condiciones de trabajo, los profesionales mal remunerados y la infraestructura deficiente de las instituciones. forma mecánica de enseñanza impulsada por la falta de equipos y laboratorios. El objetivo principal a lo largo de este trabajo es señalar las principales dificultades enfrentadas en la enseñanza de la física, lo que conduce a un malestar docente que en consecuencia interfiere en la educación, provocando la eliminación de profesionales o interfiriendo en la calidad de la enseñanza. Y a partir de una investigación bibliográfica, desarrolle o aliente la creación de nuevas perspectivas para la enseñanza, contribuyendo tanto al desarrollo del alumno como del profesor. Sin embargo, la enseñanza puede contribuir significativamente, a través de formas más eficientes para enseñar la disciplina para mejores condiciones de trabajo, para esto es necesario implementar y usar laboratorios y equipos apropiados, para que el profesional no trabaje solo en el aula aula con teorías y memorización de fórmulas, pero también en tiempos extra-clase, como investigación científica y realización de experimentos.Este trabalho teve como principal motivo de sua realização descrever os principais problemas enfrentados pelos professores, principalmente os de rede pública e mostrar a importância deste tema já que interfere na qualidade do ensino dos alunos e aprofundar um trabalho já realizado anteriormente. Portanto, a realidade escolar no ensino de física enfrenta sérios problemas como desinteresse dos alunos, a desmotivação e mal-estar docente na área, em que é bastante afetada pelas péssimas condições de trabalho, por profissionais mal remunerados e a péssima infraestrutura das instituições, uma forma mecânica de ensino levada pela falta de equipamentos e laboratórios. O objetivo principal ao longo deste trabalho é apontar as principais dificuldades enfrentadas no ensino de física, o que leva ao mal-estar docente que consequentemente interfere na educação, causando o afastamento dos profissionais ou interferindo na qualidade do ensino. E a partir de uma pesquisa bibliográfica desenvolver ou incentivar a criação de novas perspectivas para o ensino contribuindo tanto para o desenvolvimento do aluno quanto do professor.
