The Methodology consists of a qualitative and bibliographical research with consultations to works that deal with themes and also analysis of reports from the national corporate media, whose narratives attest to the abandonment of public education and the presentation of the private sector as a solution to the visible chaos caused. by this dominant power structure. In recent years, the resistance of organized civil society has prevented the dismantling from taking place in its entirety in public and free education.
