Resumo: Telework is a new modality in employment relationships. For this reason, there are some difficulties regarding its application. The research problem is to conceptualize telework and its relationship with the COVID-19 pandemic. The objective is to analyze the historical concept of its creation and analyze the parameters of its application in contemporary society, listing the form of origin, as well as the facility with the employer and employment. The methodology used for the elaboration of the work was descriptive and bibliographic exploratory research, which will consist of an analysis of scientific articles, books, articles in electronic journals, analysis of laws, thus being a documentary research in the labor sphere, resulting from the COVID-19 that had its peak in the beginning of the year 2020 in Brazil. The research result allows us to understand the new employment methods and their application to the labor market, as well as the physical and mental aspects resulting from their use, in a way that brings benefits to the worker and employer, as a closer look is needed. that the use of telematic means does not overload the worker.

Por este motivo, existen algunas dificultades en cuanto a su aplicación. El problema de investigación es conceptualizar el teletrabajo y su relación con la pandemia de COVID-19. El objetivo es analizar el concepto histórico de su creación y analizar los parámetros de su aplicación en la sociedad contemporánea, enumerando la forma de origen, así como la facilidad con el empresario y el empleo. La metodología utilizada para la elaboración del trabajo fue la investigación exploratoria descriptiva y bibliográfica, la cual consistirá en un análisis de artículos científicos, libros, artículos en revistas electrónicas, análisis de leyes, siendo así una investigación documental en el ámbito laboral, resultado de la Pandemia COVID-19 que tuvo su pico a principios del año 2020 en Brasil. El resultado de la investigación nos permite comprender los nuevos métodos de empleo y su aplicación al mercado laboral, así como los aspectos físicos y psíquicos derivados de su uso, de forma que aporte beneficios al trabajador y al empleador, ya que se requiere una mirada más cercana que el uso de medios telemáticos no sobrecargue al trabajador.O teletrabalho é uma nova modalidade nas relações de emprego. Por esse motivo, existem algumas dificuldades quanto a sua aplicação. O problema da pesquisa é conceituar o teletrabalho e a sua relação com a pandemia do COVID-19. Objetiva-se analisar o conceito histórico de sua criação e analisando os parâmetros de sua aplicação junto à sociedade contemporânea, elencando a forma de procedência, bem como a facilidade junto ao empregador e o empregado. A metodologia utilizada para a elaboração do trabalho foi a pesquisa exploratória descritiva e bibliográfica que consistirá em uma análise artigos científicos, livros, artigos em periódicos eletrônicos, analise de leis, sendo assim uma pesquisa de cunho documental na esfera trabalhista, decorrente da pandemia do COVID-19 que teve o seu ápice no início do ano de 2020 no Brasil.
