Resumo: The objective was to describe the experience of the interviewers of the project “Prevalence of SARS-CoV-2 in Residents of Divinópolis – MG”, as well as the perception of Basic Health Units during the pandemic period. As a methodology, the experience report of academics in the field of collection and the perception of the functioning of the Basic Health Units (UBS) during the new coronavirus pandemic were proposed. From this experience, the results showed the importance of training interviewers, the impact of the outdated Health Information System (SIS), the need to restructure the methodology, the use of saliva collection to the detriment of the nasal swab, the importance of the database. Data, as well as the partnership between the Public University and the Municipal Health Department. It was concluded that participating in the research increased knowledge about COVID-19 and fostered student satisfaction and self-confidence in relation to professional development. The possibility of knowing the functioning of the PHC in the municipality is highlighted, as well as contributing to the construction of public policies to combat the disease.

Como metodología se propuso el relato de experiencia de académicos en el ámbito de la cobranza y la percepción del funcionamiento de las Unidades Básicas de Salud (UBS) durante la nueva pandemia de coronavirus. A partir de esta experiencia, los resultados mostraron la importancia de capacitar a los entrevistadores, el impacto del desactualizado Sistema de Información en Salud (SIS), la necesidad de reestructurar la metodología, el uso de la recolección de saliva en lugar del hisopo nasal, la importancia de la base de datos. , así como la alianza entre la Universidad Pública y la Secretaría de Salud Municipal, se concluyó que la participación en la investigación aumentó el conocimiento sobre COVID-19 y fomentó la satisfacción y autoconfianza de los estudiantes en relación al desarrollo profesional. Se destaca la posibilidad de conocer el funcionamiento de la APS en el municipio, así como contribuir a la construcción de políticas públicas para combatir la enfermedad.Objetivou-se descrever a experiência dos entrevistadores do projeto “Prevalência de SARS-CoV-2 em Residentes de Divinópolis – MG”, bem como a percepção sobre as Unidades Básicas de Saúde no período de pandemia. Como metodologia, foram propostos o relato de experiência de acadêmicos em campo de coleta e a percepção do funcionamento das Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS) durante a pandemia do novo coronavírus. A partir dessa experiência, os resultados apontaram a importância do treinamento dos entrevistadores, o impacto do Sistema de Informação em Saúde (SIS) desatualizado, a necessidade de reestruturação da metodologia, uso da coleta de saliva em detrimento do swab nasal, a importância da base dados, bem como a parceria da Universidade Pública com a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde. Concluiu-se que participar da pesquisa incrementou o conhecimento sobre a COVID-19 e fomentou a satisfação e autoconfiança dos estudantes em relação ao desenvolvimento profissional.
