The Pedagogical Residency Program: Na interface between the pedagogical and experiential knowledge?

Resumo: In this study, we will address the theme related to the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP), from the question: interface between pedagogical and experiential knowledge? To this end, our research objective is to reflect on the relationship that the Pedagogical Residency Program establishes between the professional training of undergraduate students and the acquisition of experiential knowledge of teaching. Regarding the methodology, the research is of a qualitative nature, supported by bibliographic review, based on the propositions of Nóvoa, Tardif, Charlot and Imbernón, among others, and documentary analysis, having as sources laws, opinions and the Notice CAPES PRP nº 06/2018. Given the above, as a result, the study indicates that the PRP comprises relevant initial training cycles from the direct immersion of residents in the locus of the teaching profession, stimulating the production of experiential knowledge and the experience of dynamics that drive human development and teaching work for the transforming school.

En cuanto a la metodología, la investigación es de carácter cualitativo, sustentada en la revisión bibliográfica, basada en los planteamientos de Nóvoa, Tardif, Charlot e Imbernón, entre otros, y el análisis documental, teniendo como fuentes las leyes, dictámenes y el Aviso CAPES PRP nº 06/2018. Dado lo anterior, como resultado, el estudio indica que el PRP comprende ciclos de formación inicial relevantes a partir de la inmersión directa de los residentes en el locus de la profesión docente, estimulando la producción de conocimientos vivenciales y la vivencia de dinámicas que impulsan el desarrollo humano labor docente para la escuela transformadora.Neste estudo, abordaremos a temática relacionada ao Programa de Residência Pedagógica (PRP), a partir do questionamento: interface entre o conhecimento pedagógico e experiencial?  Para tanto, temos como objetivo de pesquisa refletir sobre a relação que o Programa de Residência Pedagógica estabelece entre a formação profissional dos licenciandos e a aquisição do conhecimento experiencial da docência. No que concerne à metodologia, a pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa, subsidiada por revisão bibliográfica, com base nas proposições de Nóvoa, Tardif, Charlot e Imbernón, dentre outros, e análise documental, tendo como fontes leis, pareceres e o Edital CAPES PRP nº 06/2018.
