Teaching approaches and the evaluation process of students and teachers

Resumo: | Throughout history, evaluation has been marked by measuring the level of competence of a subject or function, with the objective of selecting a degree of superiority or inferiority. Therefore, we sought to identify and analyze the results of scientific productions related to evaluation. And answer the question: How does Assessment influence the teaching-learning process of the student and the teacher? The present research is an integrative review that proposes to analyze, describe and interpret the productions, in order to carry out a synthesis on the subject of evaluation. Through searches in the Scientific Electronic Library Online, using the descriptors: evaluation AND student OR Student AND teacher OR professor, and defining the inclusion and exclusion filters, the final result was 12 articles included. Based on the results, two thematic categories common to the studies were created. The first refers to determining the function of evaluation and the second determines which are the main focuses of study or trends in evaluations. It was found that evaluation is the main axis of pedagogical practice and only through it is it possible to improve the teaching process. Allowing the student to verify the teachings and indicating the thematic axes that are flawed, indicating improvement. For the teacher, it enables the correction of methodological mistakes and reflection on the learning process. Assessment is an instrument that aims to add to the formation of knowledge and, combined with continuous work in the classroom, enables the construction of the educational plan. |

Por lo tanto, buscamos identificar y analizar los resultados de las producciones científicas relacionadas con la evaluación. Y responder a la pregunta: ¿Cómo influye la Evaluación en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del alumno y del docente? La presente investigación es una revisión integradora que se propone analizar, describir e interpretar las producciones, con el fin de realizar una síntesis sobre el tema de la evaluación. A través de búsquedas en Scientific Electronic Library Online, utilizando los descriptores: evaluación AND estudiante OR alumno AND profesor OR profesor, y definiendo los filtros de inclusión y exclusión, el resultado final fue de 12 artículos incluidos. Con base en los resultados, se crearon dos categorías temáticas comunes a los estudios. El primero se refiere a determinar la función de la evaluación y el segundo determina cuáles son los principales focos de estudio o tendencias en las evaluaciones. Se encontró que la evaluación es el eje principal de la práctica pedagógica y solo a través de ella es posible mejorar el proceso de enseñanza. Permitiendo que el estudiante verifique las enseñanzas e indicando los ejes temáticos que se encuentran viciados, indicando mejoría. Para el docente, posibilita la corrección de errores metodológicos y la reflexión sobre el proceso de aprendizaje. La evaluación es un instrumento que pretende contribuir a la formación de conocimientos y, combinada con el trabajo continuo en el aula, posibilita la construcción del plan educativo.Ao longo da história, a avaliação é marcada por mensurar o nível de competência de um sujeito ou função, com o objetivo de selecionar um grau de superioridade ou inferioridade. Sendo assim, buscou-se identificar e analisar os resultados de produções científicas relacionadas à avaliação. E responder à questão: Como a Avaliação influencia no processo de ensino aprendizagem do estudante e do professor? A presente pesquisa trata-se de uma revisão integrativa que se propõe a analisar, descrever e interpretar as produções, a fim de realizar uma síntese sobre a temática da avaliação. Através de buscas na Scientific Electronic Library Online, utilizando-se dos descritores: avaliação AND aluno OR Discente AND professor OR docente, e definindo os filtros de inclusão e exclusão, obteve-se como resultado final, 12 artigos incluídos. A partir dos resultados criou-se duas categorias temáticas comuns aos estudos. A primeira remete a determinar a função da avaliação e a segunda determina quais os principais focos de estudo ou tendências de avaliações. Verificou-se que a avaliação é o eixo principal da prática pedagógica e somente através dela é possível melhorar o processo de ensino. Possibilitando ao aluno a verificação dos ensinamentos e indicando os eixos temáticos que estão falhos, indicando aprimoramento. Para o professor, possibilita a correção de enganos metodológicos e a reflexão sobre o processo de aprendizagem.
