Reflections on information and communication technologies in the public school by an autobiographic viés

Resumo: Thinking about the scope of Information and Communication Technologies (TIC) and media in the contemporary public school is essential to make use of them in a conscious and responsible way with the possibility of generating a meaningful learning of the students through these tools. Therefore, the present work aims to reflect on the insertion of TIC and the media in the context of the public school under an autobiographical bias. These reflections emerge from the experiences of educators who act or have acted in the public teaching network as regent teachers and/or participants in programs of initiation to teaching and internships. We conclude that TIC and media can collaborate a lot with the teaching-learning process, but we also emphasize that these tools are pedagogical complements and cannot be the purpose of the teacher's work. In addition, we emphasize that in some of our contexts of action, its non-use often refers to deficient school infrastructures and lack of knowledge, lack of technological mastery and/or traditionalism of teaching practice. Therefore, we understand that TIC and the media need to be debated and their contexts of insertion in the school being observed from each school reality so that one has a clear reading of its insertions and its foundations in pedagogical practices.

Por eso, el presente trabajo objetiva reflexionar sobre la inserción de las TIC y de los medios en el contexto de la escuela pública bajo un sesgo autobiográfico. Tales reflexiones emergen de las vivencias de educadores que actúan o actuaron en la red pública de enseñanza como docentes regentes y / o participantes de programas de iniciación a docencia y pasantías. Concluimos que las TIC y los medios pueden colaborar mucho con el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, pero también destacamos que esas herramientas son complementos pedagógicos y no pueden ser el propósito del trabajo del profesor. Además, destacamos que en algunos de nuestros contextos de actuación, muchas veces, su no uso se refiere a las infraestructuras escolares deficitarias y al desconocimiento, falta de dominio tecnológico y / o tradicionalismo de la práctica docente. Por lo tanto, entendemos que las TIC y los medios necesitan ser debatidas y sus contextos de inserción en la escuela siendo observadas a partir de cada realidad escolar para que se tenga una clara lectura de sus inserciones y de sus fundamentos en las prácticas pedagógicas.Pensar sobre o escopo das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) na escola pública contemporânea é essencial para fazermos seu uso de forma consciente e responsável com possibilidade de gerar uma aprendizagem significativa dos alunos por meio destas ferramentas. Por isso, o presente trabalho objetiva refletir sobre a inserção das TIC no contexto da escola pública sob um viés autobiográfico. Tais reflexões emergem das vivências de educadores que atuam ou atuaram na rede pública de ensino como docentes regentes e/ou participantes de programas de iniciação a docência e estágios. Concluímos que as TIC podem colaborar muito com o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, mas também destacamos que essas ferramentas são complementos pedagógicos e não podem ser o propósito do trabalho do professor. Além disso, destacamos que em alguns de nossos contextos de atuação, muitas vezes, seu não uso se refere às infraestruturas escolares deficitárias e ao desconhecimento, falta de domínio tecnológico e/ou tradicionalismo da prática docente.
