The role of children's literature in the context of early childhood education and child education: a bibliographic review

Resumo: This article deals with the importance of Children's Literature in the context of Early Childhood Education, with the objective of briefly presenting historical aspects related to Literature and Early Childhood Education and anchoring the importance of this approach in the child's education. This is a bibliographic review supported by studies by theorists such as Regina Zilberman (2012), Ligia Cadermatori (1987), Oliveira (2016), Marisa Lajolo (2003), Freire (1989), supported by the studies of Fanny Abramovich (2009) in his work: Children's Literature - Tastes and Nonsense, which highlight Children's Literature and contribute to reflections in the context of Early Childhood Education, especially with regard to the child's education. The methodology adopted was a bibliographic research, fundamental for the literature review carried out, based on a qualitative research. In view of the reflections addressed, it can be concluded that Children's Literature is extremely important, as it is a source of information, values and culture, playing an important role in the formation of children in their cognitive, social, affective, linguistic aspects, encouraging them to develop their critical and reflective sense from the first stage of Basic Education.

Esta es una revisión bibliográfica respaldada por estudios de teóricos como Regina Zilberman (2012), Ligia Cadermatori (1987), Oliveira (2016), Marisa Lajolo (2003), Freire (1989), respaldada por los estudios de Fanny Abramovich (2009) en su trabajo: Literatura infantil: gustos y tonterías, que resaltan la literatura infantil y contribuyen a reflexiones en el contexto de la educación de la primera infancia, especialmente con respecto a la educación del niño. La metodología adoptada fue una investigación bibliográfica, fundamental para la revisión de la literatura realizada, basada en una investigación cualitativa. En vista de las reflexiones sobre, se puede concluir que la literatura infantil es extremadamente importante, ya que es una fuente de información, valores y cultura, que juega un papel importante en la formación de los niños en sus aspectos cognitivos, sociales, afectivos y lingüísticos, alentándolos desarrollar su sentido crítico y reflexivo desde la primera etapa de la Educación Básica.O presente artigo versa sobre a importância da Literatura Infantil no contexto da Educação Infantil, tendo como objetivo apresentar, brevemente, aspectos históricos relacionados à Literatura e a Educação Infantil e ancorar a importância dessa abordagem na formação da criança. Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica apoiada em estudos de teóricos como Regina Zilberman (2012), Ligia Cadermatori (1987), Oliveira (2016), Marisa Lajolo (2003), Freire (1989), apoiados nos estudos de Fanny Abramovich (2009) em sua obra: Literatura Infantil – Gostosuras e Bobices, que evidenciam a Literatura Infantil e contribuem para reflexões no contexto da Educação Infantil, especialmente, no que tange a formação da criança. A metodologia adotada foi uma pesquisa bibliográfica, fundamental para a revisão de literatura realizada, com base a uma pesquisa qualitativa.
