Self-taught and the educational system: a more than necessary dialogue

Resumo: This is an article with the objective of analyzing the importance of the dialogue between the Brazilian educational system and self-learning, based on the acquisition of new knowledge, given the advance of information technology and globalization. A reflection presented in a descriptive way in three topics: The contemporary world: globalization and technology; Teaching-learning: the road traveled; Learning in the time of technologies. Globalization and technology are intrinsically linked to the access to knowledge, the teacher as the mediator of the teaching-learning process assumes the role of mediator and the students are the protagonists. Self-learning is the pedagogical tool at the disposal of teachers so that public policies advance and enable equal access to knowledge through the network. We conclude that it is up to each teacher to find their own way to innovate, to keep up with trends, and to offer their students all the possibilities to develop their skills and competencies.

Una reflexión presentada de forma descriptiva en tres temas: El mundo contemporáneo: globalización y tecnología; Enseñanza-aprendizaje: el camino recorrido; Aprender en el tiempo de las tecnologías. La globalización y la tecnología están intrínsecamente ligadas al acceso al conocimiento, el profesor como mediador del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje asume el papel de mediador y los alumnos son los protagonistas. La autodidáctica es la herramienta pedagógica de la que disponen los profesores para que las políticas públicas avancen y hagan posible el acceso igualitario al conocimiento através de la red. Se concluye que cada profesor debe encontrar su camino para innovar, seguir las tendencias y ofrecer a sus alumnos todas las posibilidades para desarrollar sus habilidades y competencias.Trata-se de um artigo com objetivo de analisar a importância do diálogo entre o sistema educacional brasileiro e a autodidaxia, a partir da aquisição de novos conhecimentos, dado ao avanço das tecnologias de informação e da globalização. Uma reflexão apresentada forma descritiva em três tópicos: O mundo contemporâneo: a globalização e a tecnologia; Ensino-aprendizagem: o caminho percorrido; Aprendizagem no tempo das tecnologias. A globalização e a tecnologia estão intrinsicamente ligadas ao acesso dos conhecimentos, o professor enquanto mediador do processo ensino-aprendizagem assume o papel de mediador e os alunos são os protagonistas. A autodidaxia é a ferramenta pedagógica a disposição dos professores para que as políticas públicas avancem e possibilitem o acesso igualitário aos conhecimentos através da rede.
