Remote teaching in the face of the demands of the pandemic context: Reflections on teaching practice

Resumo: | The objective is to carry out a reflexive analysis on the teaching practice in remote education in times of pandemic. Method: This is a critical-reflexive analysis, about the changes required in the context of the pandemic context of COVID-19, which spread throughout the world, requiring a movement of permanent training in teaching practice as a challenge regarding the use of technology information and communication, in order to carry out emergency remote education. Result: In the experience under construction to carry out remote teaching at the university, there are countless challenges with regard to teaching practice, since the classes will be taught using Virtual Learning Environments. In this sense, the institution has developed actions such as: raising equipment and Internet access conditions for all servers and students; offer technological support to the largest number of students, teachers and technical-administrative staff; general and specific norms to support the decisions and managerial actions of the directions, coordinations, heads of departments and teachers; offered subsidies aimed at training teachers to carry out remote teaching practice. Conclusions: Emergency Remote Education gained prominence in this moment of crisis, placing the entire social body of the university facing the challenges of building new forms of teaching and learning, giving new meaning to pedagogical practices. Therefore, the entire academic community is being severely impacted and ways of dealing with reality are continually being sought, which affects people not only in the process of learning to learn, but in the physical, emotional and social aspects, in the face of the crisis installed world. |

Método: Se trata de un análisis crítico-reflexivo, sobre los cambios requeridos en el contexto del contexto pandémico de COVID-19, que se extendió por todo el mundo, requiriendo un movimiento de formación permanente en la práctica docente como desafío en cuanto al uso de la tecnología. información y comunicación, con el fin de realizar educación remota de emergencia. Resultado: En la experiencia que se está construyendo para realizar la enseñanza a distancia en la universidad, existen innumerables desafíos en lo que respecta a la práctica docente, ya que las clases se impartirán mediante Ambientes Virtuales de Aprendizaje. En este sentido, la institución ha desarrollado acciones como: elevar las condiciones de los equipos y el acceso a internet para todos los servidores y estudiantes; ofrecer apoyo tecnológico al mayor número de estudiantes, docentes y personal técnico-administrativo; normas generales y específicas para sustentar las decisiones y acciones de gestión de las direcciones, coordinadores, jefes de departamento y docentes; ofreció subvenciones destinadas a la formación de profesores para la realización de prácticas de enseñanza a distancia. Conclusiones: La Educación Remota de Emergencia cobró protagonismo en este momento de crisis, colocando a todo el cuerpo social de la universidad ante los desafíos de construir nuevas formas de enseñanza y aprendizaje, dando un nuevo significado a las prácticas pedagógicas. Por ello, toda la comunidad académica está siendo severamente impactada y continuamente se buscan formas de afrontar la realidad, lo que afecta a las personas no solo en el proceso de aprender a aprender, sino en el aspecto físico, emocional y social, ante la crisis.reflexiva, a partir de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, exploratório e descritivo, acerca das mudanças requeridas frente ao contexto de pandemia da COVID-19, que se alastrou pelo mundo, exigindo um movimento de formação permanente na prática docente como desafio no que tange ao uso das tecnológicas de informação e comunicação, para se efetivar o ensino remoto emergencial. Resultado: Na experiência em construção para a realização do ensino remoto na universidade, inúmeros são os desafios no que diz respeito à prática docente, visto que as aulas serão ministradas mediante a utilização de Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem. Nesse sentido, a instituição tem desenvolvido ações tais como: levantar condições de equipamentos e acesso à internet de todos servidores e alunos; oferecer suporte tecnológico aos discentes, docentes e técnico-administrativos; normatizações gerais e específicas para embasar as decisões e ações gerenciais das direções, coordenações, chefias dos departamentos e docentes; oferecido subsídios voltados à capacitação pedagógica para a efetivação da prática de ensino remota. Conclusões: O Ensino Remoto Emergencial ganhou protagonismo nesse momento de crise, colocando todo corpo social da universidade frente aos desafios de construção de novas formas de ensino-aprendizagem, ressignificando as práticas pedagógicas.
