Teaching internship and PIBID: an experience of initial training of literacy teachers

Resumo: The present article intends to impart a teaching experience developed throughout training actions with undergraduate students of Pedagogy course who are members of the Institutional Program Initiation of Scholarship to Teaching (PIBID), in 2019, seeking the initial training of literacy teachers. It was carried out three training meetings, fortnightly, based on the theoretical framework of authors who discuss the relationship of interdependence and inseparability between the processes of al alphabetization and literacy. The unfolding of these activities occurred as follows: initially by explanations and reflections of the concepts of alphabetization and literacy, followed by the demonstration of a didactic sequence with the objective of learning written language and, finally, the elaboration by the undergraduate students of another didactic sequence with the same purpose. Our meetings resulted in this didactic product, which was organized as a booklet for the use and assistance of undergraduate students in the process of teaching and learning the written language of children who are in the beginning of elementary school. In view of all the work carried out, the relevance of the development of experiences, involving teaching, research and extension, to strengthen the initial training of teachers able to teach Brazilian children to write and read, and to use these skills in the most diverse situations of the daily life.

Estas formaciones ocurrieron en tres reuniones, quincenales, basados en un referencial teórico de autores que discuten la relación de interdependencia e inseparabilidad entre los procesos de alfabetización y letramento. El desarrollo de estas actividades se realizo de la seguinte manera: inicialmente por explicaciones y reflexiones sobre los conceptos de alfabetización y letramento. Luego, por la demostración de una secuencia didáctica destinada al aprendizaje del lenguaje escrito; Después, por la elaboración de otra secuencia didáctica, con el mismo propósito, por parte de los estudiantes. Nuestros reuniones dieron como resultado la elaboración de este produto didático, que se organizó como um cuadernillo para el uso y ayuda de los estudiantes  en el processo de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la lengua escrita de los niños em los primeros años de la escuela primaria. En vista de todo el trabajo realizado, quedó clara la pertinencia de desarrollar actividades de enseñanza, investigación y extensión, que promuevan el fortalecimiento de la formación inicial de los profesores, preparándolos para enseñar a los niños brasileños a leer, escribir y recurrir estas habilidades en las más diversas situaciones que la vida requiere.Pretende-se com o presente artigo partilhar uma experiência de estágio de docência implementado por meio de ações formativas junto aos estudantes do curso de Pedagogia que participavam do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID), no ano de 2019, tendo em vista a formação inicial de professores alfabetizadores. Tais formações aconteceram em três encontros, quinzenais, fundamentados no arcabouço teórico de autores que discutem a relação de interdependência e de indissociabilidade entre os processos de alfabetização e letramento. O desdobrar dessas atividades ocorreu da seguinte forma: inicialmente pelas explicações e reflexões sobre os conceitos de alfabetização e letramento; em seguida, pela demonstração de uma sequência didática que objetiva a aprendizagem da linguagem escrita; e por fim, pela orientação e elaboração de uma outra sequência didática, com a mesma finalidade, pelos pibidianos. Nossos encontros, resultaram na confecção deste produto didático, que foi organizado como um livreto para uso e auxílio dos pidianos no processo de ensino e aprendizagem da linguagem escrita das crianças que estão nos iniciais do ensino fundamental.
