The mercadological challenges faced by the physician entrepreneur

Resumo: | Being an entrepreneur is not an easy task, and this becomes more complex when the entrepreneur is also a physician. This occurs because of the busy life and the little free time that these health professionals have. Therefore, this article has as its main theme the marketing setbacks faced by the entrepreneurial physician. Regarding the objective, the aim was to describe the marketing challenges faced on a daily basis by entrepreneurial physicians. Thus, the methodology used was an integrative literature review, with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the challenges are diverse and caused by diversified factors, thus, the physician must seek his differential to stand out in the market. It was also found the lack of a good basis of administration, which are necessary for the good performance of any company, as these subjects are not offered in the medical course, this becomes another challenge to be faced. Examples were also cited of doctors who use social networks as a means of attracting new customers/patients. |

Esto ocurre debido a la ajetreada vida y al poco tiempo libre que tienen estos profesionales de la salud. El tema principal de este artículo son los contratiempos de marketing a los que se enfrenta el médico emprendedor. En relación con el objetivo, se trataba de describir los retos de marketing a los que se enfrentan a diario los médicos emprendedores. Así, la metodología utilizada fue una revisión bibliográfica integradora, con un enfoque cualitativo. Los resultados mostraron que los retos son diversos y causados por diversos factores, por lo tanto, el médico debe buscar su diferencial para destacar en el mercado, se encontró, incluyendo, la falta de una buena base de la administración, que son necesarios para el buen desempeño de cualquier empresa, ya que estos temas no se ofrecen en el curso de medicina, esto se convierte en otro desafío que se enfrenta. También se citaron ejemplos de médicos que utilizan las redes sociales como medio para atraer a nuevos clientes/pacientes. Ser empreendedor não é uma tarefa fácil, isso fica mais complexo quando aquele que empreende também é médico. Isso ocorre, por causa da vida corrida e o pouco tempo livre que esses profissionais da saúde possuem. Portanto, o presente artigo tem como temática principal os contratempos mercadológicos enfrentados pelo médico empreendedor. No tocante ao objetivo, buscou-se descrever quais os desafios mercadológicos enfrentados no dia a dia pelos médicos empreendedores. Dessa maneira, a metodologia utilizada foi uma revisão literária e integrativa, com uma abordagem qualitativa. Os resultados mostraram que os desafios são diversos e ocasionados por fatores diversificados, desse modo, o médico deve buscar o seu diferencial para se destacar no mercado, constatou-se, inclusive, a falta de uma boa base de administração, que são necessárias para o efetivo desempenho de qualquer empresa, como essa base não é oferecida no curso de Medicina, esse é mais um desafio a ser enfrentado.
