Resumo: | To describe nursing care, based on the Science of Unitary Care, which can be performed as facilitators in the process of parental adaptation in the country of premature babies hospitalized in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This is a bibliographic search based on scientific articles published from 2015 to 2020, available electronically in the Virtual Health Library, in the Scientific Electronic Library Online, and in the journals portal of the Coordination for the Improvement of Level Personnel. Higher. As a result, a central category called “Nursing Care that helps in forming a bond between family and premature” was obtained, consisting of nine cares, which are related to the elements of the Clinical Caritas Veritas Process: Encourage skin to skin contact ( kangaroo); Include the family in the routine of basic care for premature babies; Provide welcome and emotional support; Encourage the approach of parents through touch and conversation with the newborn; Encourage parents to stay longer in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit; Clarify doubts and support breastfeeding; Provide clear information with easy to understand terms; Provide guidance and continuous monitoring; Promote effective communication between the health team and the family. This study collaborates with research in the field of neonatology by reinforcing the importance of developing an authentic and genuine care relationship between health professionals, especially Nursing, and the parents of hospitalized premature newborns. |

Se trata de una búsqueda bibliográfica basada en artículos científicos publicados de 2015 a 2020, disponibles electrónicamente en la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud, en la Biblioteca Científica Electrónica en Línea y en el portal de revistas de la Coordinación para el Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Nivel. Mayor. Como resultado, se obtuvo una categoría central denominada “Cuidado de Enfermería que ayuda a formar un vínculo entre la familia y el prematuro”, que consta de nueve cuidados, que se relacionan con los elementos del Proceso Clínico Caritas Veritas: Fomentar el contacto piel a piel (método canguro); Incluir a la familia en la rutina de cuidados básicos para bebés prematuros; Brindar bienvenida y apoyo emocional; Fomentar el acercamiento de los padres a través del contacto y la conversación con el recién nacido; Anime a los padres a permanecer más tiempo en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales; Aclarar dudas y apoyar la lactancia materna; Proporcionar información clara con términos fáciles de entender; Brindar orientación y monitoreo continuo; Promover la comunicación efectiva entre el equipo de salud y la familia. Este estudio colabora con la investigación en el campo de la neonatología reforzando la importancia de desarrollar una relación de cuidado auténtica y genuina entre los profesionales de la salud, especialmente Enfermería, y los padres de recién nacidos prematuros hospitalizados.Descrever os cuidados de enfermagem, embasados na Ciência do Cuidado Unitário, que podem ser executados como facilitadores no processo de adaptação parental de país de bebês prematuros hospitalizados em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica realizada a partir de artigos científicos publicados no período de 2015 a 2020, disponíveis eletronicamente na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, na Scientific Electronic Library Online, e no portal de periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior. Obteve-se como resultado uma categoria central denominada “Cuidados de Enfermagem que auxiliam na formação de vínculo entre família e prematuro” composta por nove cuidados, que se relacionam aos elementos do Processo Clinical Caritas Veritas: Incentivar o contato pele a pele (método canguru); Incluir a família na rotina de cuidados básicos do prematuro; Prover acolhimento e apoio emocional; Estimular a aproximação dos pais através do toque e conversa com o neonato; Incentivar maior tempo de permanência dos pais na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal; Esclarecer dúvidas e apoiar o aleitamento materno; Proporcionar informações claras com termos de fácil entendimento; Fornecer orientações e acompanhamento contínuo; Promover comunicação efetiva entre equipe de saúde e família.
