Pedagogic practices and technological resources in remote teaching: a state of the art

Resumo: | This article is a part of a master's research in the area of Education involving the discussion about differentiated pedagogical practices and the use of technological resources during emergency remote teaching in elementary school. To this end, qualitative research was carried out on the state of knowledge that involved the theme of that research with the CAPES journal portal in the period from January 2019 to August 2021. Considering the descriptors "Remote Teaching" and "Technological Resources and Pedagogical Practices” it was possible to locate 651 potentially eligible scientific articles, however, only 20 articles showed convergence with the theme. The results point to several problems, among which: the relationship between physical space and virtual space; teacher's relationship with the virtual world; precariousness or scarcity of technological resources for the development of virtualized classes; precarious continuing and technological training of teachers; quality of remote teaching. Indicative solutions were also evidenced, including: the real use of technology in the school context; the relationships between the use of technological resources and learning; and, the latent symbiosis between technological resources and active methodologies. Finally, it was possible to notice that only one of the analyzed articles was directed to Basic Education. In this way, although it is a recent theme, there is a need to carry out research in the area of Basic Education, especially with the initial series. |

Para ello, se realizó una investigación cualitativa sobre el estado del conocimiento que involucró el tema de esa investigación con el portal de la revista CAPES en el período de enero de 2019 a agosto de 2021. Considerando los descriptores “Enseñanza a Distancia” y “Recursos Tecnológicos y Prácticas Pedagógicos” fue posible localizar 651 artículos científicos potencialmente elegibles, sin embargo, sólo 20 artículos mostraron convergencia con el tema. Los resultados apuntan a varios problemas, entre los cuales: la relación entre el espacio físico y el espacio virtual; relación del docente con el mundo virtual; precariedad o escasez de recursos tecnológicos para el desarrollo de clases virtualizadas; precaria formación continua y tecnológica de los docentes; calidad de la enseñanza a distancia. También se evidenciaron soluciones indicativas, entre ellas: el uso real de la tecnología en el contexto escolar; las relaciones entre el uso de los recursos tecnológicos y el aprendizaje; y, la simbiosis latente entre recursos tecnológicos y metodologías activas. Finalmente, fue posible notar que solo uno de los artículos analizados estaba dirigido a la Educación Básica. De esta forma, aunque es un tema reciente, existe la necesidad de realizar investigaciones en el área de la Educación Básica, especialmente con la serie inicial.Este artigo é um recorte de pesquisa de mestrado na área do Ensino envolvendo a discussão sobre práticas pedagógicas diferenciadas e uso de recursos tecnológicos durante o ensino remoto emergencial no ensino fundamental. Para tanto, fez-se uma pesquisa qualitativa sobre o estado do conhecimento que envolvesse a temática daquela pesquisa junto ao portal de periódico da CAPES no período compreendido de janeiro de 2019 a agosto de 2021. Considerando os descritores “Ensino Remoto” e “Recursos Tecnológicos e Práticas Pedagógicas” foi possível localizar 651 artigos científicos potencialmente elegíveis, entretanto, apenas 20 artigos mostraram convergência com a temática. Os resultados apontam para diversas problemáticas, dentre as quais: relação entre espaço físico e espaço virtual; relação do professor com o mundo virtual; precariedade ou escassez de recursos tecnológicos para desenvolvimento de aulas virtualizadas; precária formação continuada e tecnológica dos professores; qualidade do ensino remoto. Também foram evidenciados indicativos de soluções, destacam-se: o uso real de tecnologia no contexto escolar; as relações entre o uso de recursos tecnológicos e a aprendizagem; e, a simbiose latente entre os recursos tecnológicos e as metodologias ativas. Por fim, foi possível perceber que apenas um dos artigos analisados foi direcionado à Educação Básica.
