Resumo: | Contemporary society is constantly changing social representations, customs and the conception of education as formation, nourished by globalization and technological advances driven by neoliberalism, which seeks to expand the market of goods and services reaffirming the capitalist logic. In this universe, the teacher is a fundamental piece, but the need for a teacher professional training that enables theories and practices directed to an education facilitating the social, cultural and professional emancipation of the student is still seen. The aim of this article is to address the challenges for teacher training and professional development that enables quality and humanized education in the face of neoliberalism, based on a bibliographic review, of a qualitative-descriptive nature. Studies show that, in order to have an education with the humanized, critical and emancipatory formation of future generations, in a bias of social, cultural, intellectual and professional growth, it takes the mastery of the teacher to lead the process of construction of this new world that is to come, in addition to the articulation of others involved in the educational process to promote an integral and integral education. |

En este universo, el docente es una pieza fundamental, pero aún se ve la necesidad de una formación profesional docente que habilite teorías y prácticas dirigidas a una educación que facilite la emancipación social, cultural y profesional del alumno. El objetivo de este artículo es abordar los desafíos para la formación docente y el desarrollo profesional que posibilita una educación de calidad y humanizada frente al neoliberalismo, a partir de una revisión bibliográfica, de carácter cualitativo-descriptivo. Los estudios demuestran que, para tener una educación con la formación humanizada, crítica y emancipadora de las generaciones futuras, en un sesgo de crecimiento social, cultural, intelectual y profesional, se necesita el dominio del maestro para liderar el proceso de construcción de este nuevo mundo que está por venir, además de la articulación de otros involucrados en el proceso educativo para promover una educación integral e integral.A sociedade contemporânea atravessa uma constante mudança nas representações sociais, nos costumes e na concepção de educação como formação, nutrida pela globalização e o avanço tecnológico impulsionados pelo neoliberalismo, que busca ampliar o mercado de bens e serviços reafirmando a lógica capitalista. Nesse universo, o professor é uma peça fundamental, porém ainda é vista a necessidade de uma formação profissional docente que possibilite teorias e práticas direcionadas a uma educação facilitadora da emancipação social, cultural e profissional do discente. O objetivo deste artigo é abordar os desafios para uma formação e desenvolvimento profissional docente que possibilite uma educação de qualidade e humanizada frente o neoliberalismo, a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica, de caráter qualitativo-descritivo.
