Relationship between higher education and basic education: collective work, protagonism and innovation in the physical education subproject of the pedagogical residency program at the Federal University of Pará

Resumo: | The research aims to analyze how the University/School relationship, the collaboration/protagonism and innovation affect the quality of the work developed by Physical Education in the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP) of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) and, consequently, in basic education in the Pará Amazon. The subjects are staff and preceptors of three field schools of the Physical Education subproject of the PRP of UFPA, besides residents, undergraduate students of Physical Education. The results show that, processually, an articulated relationship between University and School in the PRP collaborates to the emergence of collaborative work which, in turn, provides the emergence of plural and innovative pedagogical activities, the result of the protagonism assumed by preceptor teachers and residents in the program. In the schools of Pará served by the Physical Education subproject investigated, this process favors the emergence of educational possibilities with local knowledge and the critical incorporation of the phenomena and objects of Physical Education by basic education students. |

Los sujetos son funcionarios y preceptores de tres escuelas de campo del subproyecto de Educación Física del PRP de la UFPA, además de residentes, estudiantes de pregrado en Educación Física. Los resultados muestran que, procesalmente, una relación articulada entre Universidad y Escuela en el PRP colabora al surgimiento de trabajos colaborativos que, a su vez, proporcionan el surgimiento de actividades pedagógicas plurales e innovadoras, resultado del liderazgo asumido por los profesores preceptores y los residentes en el programa. En las escuelas paraenses atendidas por el subproyecto de Educación Física investigado, este proceso favorece el surgimiento de posibilidades educativas con conocimiento local y la incorporación crítica de los fenómenos y objetos de la Educación Física por parte de los estudiantes de la educación básica.A pesquisa objetiva analisar como a relação Universidade/Escola, a colaboração/protagonismo e a inovação repercutem na qualidade do trabalho desenvolvido pela Educação Física no Programa Residência Pedagógica (PRP) da Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA) e, consequentemente, na educação básica da Amazônia paraense. Os sujeitos são corpo técnico e preceptores de três escolas campo do subprojeto Educação Física do PRP da UFPA, além de residentes, estudantes de licenciatura em Educação Física. Os resultados mostram que, processualmente, uma relação articulada entre Universidade e Escola no PRP colabora para a emergência de trabalhos colaborativos os quais, por sua vez, proporcionam o surgimento de atividades pedagógicas plurais e inovadoras, resultado do protagonismo assumido por professores preceptores e residentes no programa.
