Resumo: | What role does Toyism play in the flexible labor and capital relationship? The Toyotist production model not only influenced the production of cars, but in several categories, such as education. The capitalist system determines education, as it is directly linked to knowledge for the production of material. With the advancement of Toyotism, in addition to flexible production, flexible education emerged, driven by integral, technical schools, directly linked to Professional, Technological Education (EPT). The article aims to make a relationship between Toyotism, flexible work and capital, and its interference in labor relations and professional education, as well as to weave about the perspectives of professional education in the face of globalized capital. The study is of a qualitative nature, being a bibliographical research in books, articles, magazines and so on. It is based on historical and dialectical materialism and will count on the contribution of theorists such as: Moura (2007), Kuerzen (2016), Grabowosk (2016) among others. It was possible to understand the relationship between Toyotism and globalized capital, as well as the existing work relationships. It is evident that social transformations and evolutions stimulate labor changes and evolutions, and these evolutions are determinant to the educational process, which produces knowledge for materiality. |

El modelo de producción toyotista no solo influyó en la producción de automóviles, sino en varias categorías, como la educación. El sistema capitalista determina la educación, ya que está directamente vinculada al conocimiento para la producción de material. Con el avance del toyotismo, además de la producción flexible, surgió la educación flexible, impulsada por escuelas técnicas integrales, directamente vinculadas a la Educación Profesional Tecnológica (EPT). El artículo pretende relacionar el toyotismo, el trabajo flexible y el capital, y su injerencia en las relaciones laborales y la formación profesional, así como tejer las perspectivas de la formación profesional frente al capital globalizado. El estudio es de carácter cualitativo, siendo una investigación bibliográfica en libros, artículos, revistas, etc. Se basa en el materialismo histórico y dialéctico y contará con el aporte de teóricos como: Moura (2007), Kuerzen (2016), Grabowosk (2016) entre otros. Se pudo comprender la relación entre el toyotismo y el capital globalizado, así como las relaciones laborales existentes. Es evidente que las transformaciones y evoluciones sociales estimulan cambios y evoluciones laborales, y estas evoluciones son determinantes para el proceso educativo, que produce conocimiento para la materialidad.Qual papel do toytismo na relação trabalho flexibilizado e capital? O modelo de produção toyotista não só influenciou a produção de carros, mas em diversas categorias, como exemplo a educação. O sistema capitalista é quem determina a educação, pois ela está diretamente ligada ao conhecimento para a produção de material. Com o avanço do toyotismo, além da produção flexível, surge a educação flexível, impulsionado pelas escolas integrais, técnicas, ligadas diretamente a Educação Profissional, Tecnológica (EPT). O artigo tem como objetivo fazer uma relação do toyotismo, trabalho flexibilizado e capital, e sua interferência nas relações de trabalho e na educação profissional, bem como tecer sobre as perspectivas da educação profissional diante do capital globalizado. O estudo é de caráter qualitativo, sendo uma pesquisa bibliográfica em livros, artigos, revistas e etc. Está assentado no materialismo histórico e dialético e contará com a contribuição de teóricos como: Moura (2007), Kuerzen (2016), Grabowosk (2016) entre outros. Foi possível compreender a relação do toyotismo diante do capital globalizado, bem como as relações de trabalho existentes.
