Resumo: | Objective: To report the experience lived during an action to promote psychosocial well-being with adolescents, focusing on bullying, obesity and eating disorders, in two schools in the cities of Aracaju and Nossa Senhora do Socorro. Methodology: This is a descriptive study of the type experience report; Five meetings were held in the morning and afternoon with students between 12 and 19 years old in two public schools in the state of Sergipe. The impressions obtained and the experience itself were analyzed based on the current literature on the subject. Each meeting was held in four stages: Presentation of the project and the intervention group; Division of students into smaller groups of 10 to 15 students to carry out a directed conversation; Conducting conversation circles with groups of 30 to 40 students on the topics: body image, bullying and obesity, focused on situations and issues that stood out at the beginning; Finally, talk to the school board to provide feedback. Results: The effectiveness and importance of activities aiming the promotion of mental health was notorious, since many students showed a lack of knowledge about various aspects of the theme, as well as interest in combating bullying. Conclusion: The action made it possible for the students to discover new concepts, deconstruct preconceived ideas and deepen their knowledge about what a healthy relationship with their own bodies would be, in addition to acting in the prevention of bullying. |

Objetivo: Relatar a experiência vivenciada durante uma ação promotora de bem-estar psicossocial com adolescentes, tendo como enfoque o bullying, a obesidade e transtornos alimentares, em duas escolas dos municípios de Aracaju e Nossa Senhora do Socorro. Metodologia: Constitui-se como um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência; Foram realizados cinco encontros nos períodos da manhã e da tarde com estudantes entre 12 e 19 anos em duas escolas públicas do estado de Sergipe; A experiência foi relatada sendo correlacionada com a literatura acadêmica atual sobre a temática; Cada encontro foi realizado em quatro etapas: Apresentação do projeto e do grupo interventor; Divisão dos alunos em grupos menores de 10 a 15 alunos para realização de conversa direcionada; Realização de rodas de conversas com grupos de 30 a 40 alunos sobre os temas autoimagem corporal, bullying e obesidade, direcionadas para situações e questões que se destacaram no momento inicial; Por fim, conversa com a direção da escola para fornecimento de feedback. Resultados: Foi notória a eficácia e a importância de atividades que visem a promoção da saúde mental, uma vez que muitos estudantes demonstraram desconhecimento sobre vários aspectos diante da temática, bem como interesse em combater o bullying. Conclusão: A ação possibilitou que os alunos descobrissem novos conceitos, desconstruíssem ideias preconcebidas e aprofundassem o seu conhecimento sobre o que seria uma relação saudável com o próprio corpo, além de atuar na prevenção do bullying. Metodología: Se constituye como un estudio descriptivo del tipo relato de experiencia; Se realizaron cinco encuentros en horario de mañana y tarde con niños y adolescentes de 12 a 19 años en dos escuelas públicas del estado de Sergipe. Las impresiones obtenidas y la experiencia fueron analizadas con base en la literatura actual sobre el tema. Cada encuentro se realizó en cuatro etapas: Presentación del proyecto y del grupo de intervención; División de alumnos en grupos más pequeños de 10 a 15 alumnos para llevar a cabo una conversación individualizada; Realización de ruedas de conversación con grupos de 30 a 40 estudiantes sobre los temas: imagen corporal, bullying y obesidad, enfocadas en situaciones y temas que se destacaron al inicio; Finalmente, hable con la junta escolar para proporcionar comentarios. Resultados: Fue notoria la efectividad e importancia de las actividades dirigidas a la promoción de la salud mental, ya que muchos estudiantes manifestaron falta de conocimiento sobre diversos aspectos del tema, así como interés en combatir el bullying.
