Resumo: The Academic Control system (SCA) refers to an information system, used as an academic tool in the relationship between professor and university student, allowing the student to have access to school records, subject grades, certificates, among other procedures. This system provides information that must be accessed easily and efficiently in its operation. A public sector needs to act with precision, presenting an SCA in a satisfactory way, with quality and excellence, meeting the needs of users/target audience. Given the above, this article aims to evaluate the satisfaction of teachers at Campus VII/Patos - PB, UEPB, in relation to the use of the academic system. In terms of methodology, the study presents an applied approach, exploratory research, bibliographic reference, usability of the forms google tool (online form) as an object of data collection, inductive method, and quantitative evaluation. In relation to the form of treatment or interpretation of the data, the Likert scale, the quality parameters of the ISO/IEC 25010:2011 Standard, the explanation of graphs with percentages of the degrees of agreement and tables identifying the average ranking of these levels of agreement were used. for better evaluation of the data obtained. As a result of the research, a favorable result was identified, that is, that the professors of Campus VII/Patos-PB, UEPB, are satisfied with the use of the Academic Control System.

Este sistema proporciona información a la que se debe acceder de forma fácil y eficiente en su funcionamiento. Un sector público necesita actuar con precisión, presentando un SCA de forma satisfactoria, con calidad y excelencia, atendiendo las necesidades de los usuarios/público objetivo. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, este artículo tiene como objetivo evaluar la satisfacción de los profesores del Campus VII/Patos - PB, UEPB, en relación con el uso del sistema académico. En cuanto a la metodología, el estudio presenta un enfoque aplicado, investigación exploratoria, referencia bibliográfica, usabilidad de la herramienta formularios google (formulario en línea) como objeto de recolección de datos, método inductivo y evaluación cuantitativa. En relación a la forma de tratamiento o interpretación de los datos, la escala de Likert, los parámetros de calidad de la Norma ISO/IEC 25010:2011, la explicación de gráficos con porcentajes de los grados de concordancia y tablas que identifican la clasificación media de estos niveles de concordancia para una mejor evaluación de los datos obtenidos. Como resultado de la investigación, se identificó un resultado favorable, o sea, que los profesores del Campus VII/Patos-PB, UEPB, están satisfechos con el uso del Sistema de Control Académico.O sistema de Controle Acadêmico (SCA) se refere a um sistema de informação, usado como ferramenta acadêmica na relação entre professor e aluno universitário, permitindo que o estudante tenha acesso ao histórico escolar, às notas das disciplinas, aos certificados, dentre outros procedimentos. Esse sistema disponibiliza informações que devem ser acessadas com facilidade e eficiência na sua operacionalidade. Um setor público necessita agir com precisão, apresentando um SCA de forma satisfatória, com qualidade e excelência, atendendo às necessidades dos usuários/público-alvo. Diante do exposto, o presente artigo tem como objetivo avaliar a satisfação dos docentes do Campus VII/Patos – PB, da UEPB, em relação à utilização do sistema acadêmico. Na metodologia, o estudo apresenta abordagem aplicada, pesquisa exploratória, referencial bibliográfico, usabilidade da ferramenta Google Forms (formulário on-line) como objeto de coleta dos dados, método indutivo, e avaliação quantitativa. Em relação à forma de tratamento ou interpretação dos dados foram empregados – a escala Likert, os parâmetros de qualidade da Norma ISO/IEC 25010:2011, a explanação de gráficos com percentuais dos graus de concordância e tabelas identificando o ranking médio desses níveis de concordância para melhor avaliação dos dados obtidos.
