Mapping of suicide prevention technologies and adolescent mental health promotion: scope review protocol

Resumo: The purpose of this Scope Review Protocol, which follows the recommendations of the JBI manual, is to map existing technologies aimed at preventing suicide and promoting adolescent mental health. Bibliographic materials that address the technologies of prevention anpromotion of Mental Health (concept) aimend at adolescents (population) around the world (context) will be eligible. A detailed and individual Search strategy will be used in the following databases: Pubmed, PsycInfo, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System (Medline), via the Virtual Health Library (BVS), Scopus and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS) via BVS. The Search in gray literature will be done on the Google Scholar website and websites of the Ministry of Health (MS), WHO, PAHO, UNICEF, Brazilian Society of Psycology, Brasilian Society of Psychiatry, Federal Council of Psychology. The seletion process will be carried out by two independente reviewers who will screen the titles and abstracts, read the full texts and extract data from the included material, and disagreements will be resolved by consensus or by the third reviewer. From the extracted data, a descriptive synthesis of the studies will be classified into conceptual analysis categories based on the Thematic Category Analysis, based on Bardin`s contente analysis.

Serán elegibles los materiales bibliográficos que aborden las tecnologías de prevención y promoción de la Salud Mental (concepto) dirigidos a adolescentes (población) de todo el mundo (contexto). Se utilizará una estrategia de búsqueda detallada e individual en las siguientes bases de datos: Pubmed, PsycInfo, Medical Literature Analysis an Retrieval System (Medline) e través de la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS), Sscopus y Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud (LILACS) a través de BVC. La búsqueda en literatura gris se realizará en el sitio web Google Scholar y sitios web del Ministerio de Salud (MS), OMS, OPAS, UNICEF, Sociedad Brasileña de Psicología, Sociedad Brasileña de Psiquiatría, Consejo Federal de Psicología. El processo de seleccíon será realizado por dos revisores independientes que revisarán los títulos y resúmenes, leerán los textos completos y extraerán datos del material incluido, y las discrepancias se resolverán por consenso o por un tercer revisor. A partir de los datos extraídos, se construirá una sintesis descriptiva de los estudios para informar los resultados del análisis. Los resultados incluidos en esta revisión de alcance serán classificados en categorías de análisis conceptual con base en el Análisis de Categorías Temáticas, baseado en el análisis de contenido de Bardin.O objetivo deste Protocolo de revisão de escopo que segue as recomendações do manual do JBI é mapear as tecnologias existentes voltadas para a prevenção do suicídio e promoção da saúde mental dos adolescentes. Serão elegíveis, os materiais bibliográficos que que abordem as tecnologias de prevenção e promoção de Saúde Mental (conceito) voltadas para adolescentes (população) ao redor do mundo (contexto). Utilizar-se-á a estratégia de busca detalhada e individual das seguintes bases de dados: Pubmed, PsycInfo, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval Sistem (Medline) via Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), Scopus e Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS) via BVS. A busca na literatura cinza será feita no site Google Scholar e sites do Ministério da Saúde (MS), OMS, OPAS, UNICEF, Sociedade Brasileira de Psicologia, Sociedade Brasileira de Psiquiatria, Conselho Federal de Psicologia. O processo de seleção será realizado por dois revisores independentes que triarão os títulos e resumos, lerão os textos completos e extrairão os dados do material incluído e as discordâncias serão resolvidas por consenso ou por um terceiro revisor. A partir dos dados extraídos, será construída uma síntese descritiva dos estudos para relatar os resultados da análise.
