Literacy practice – Providing reading and writing in the early years of elementary school

Resumo: | This article focuses on the theme of teaching-learning reading and writing in the Early Years of Elementary School. Its main goal is to reflect on teaching practice and present a didactic suggestion for reading and writing. Based on Geraldi (2012), Soares (2020), Lopes-Rossi (2008), and in the dialogic approach (BAKHTIN, 2011), this research discusses how to develop the reading practice taking into account its goals as well as how writing is comprehended from discourse and genre-based perspective. This work made use of a state-of-the-art survey and a theoretical-oriented bibliographical study as methodological procedures focusing on teaching practice. Preliminary results point that teachers need to be trained and have access to research tools. At the same time, teachers need to be engaged in extension activities, research groups, and scientific events which demand the ongoing training of these professionals to give a new meaning to their pedagogical practice. |

Basado en Geraldi (2012), Soares (2020), Lopes-Rossi (2002; 2008) y un enfoque dialógico (BAKHTIN, 2011), discutirá cómo desarrollar la práctica de la lectura, considerando sus objetivos y de la escritura por intermedio de los géneros discursivos. Metodológicamente, la investigación se realizó a través de un relevamiento del estado del arte y de un estudio bibliográfico que se orienta teórica y metodológicamente a la reflexión y la docencia. Los resultados preliminares apuntan a la necesidad de un movimiento constante de estudio e investigación por parte del docente mediante la implicación con actividades de extensión, grupos de investigación y eventos científicos, lo que requiere la formación constante de estos profesionales para que exista (re)significación de su práctica.Este artigo trata da temática do ensino e aprendizagem da leitura e da escrita nos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental cujo objetivo principal é refletir acerca da prática docente, bem como apresentar uma sugestão didática de leitura e escrita. Com base em Geraldi (2012), Soares (2020), Lopes-Rossi (2002; 2008) e numa abordagem dialógica (BAKHTIN, 2011), discorre-se acerca de como desenvolver a prática leitora, considerando seus objetivos e a escrita no viés dos gêneros discursivos. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa ocorreu por levantamento do estado da arte e em seguida, por estudo bibliográfico que se orienta teoricamente na reflexão e no agir docente.
