Inclusion in practice: the importance of resources room and specialized educational service

Resumo: Brazil is not yet a country of reference when it comes to inclusive education, but it is making great strides towards this and as educational institutions, increasingly, developing studies and actions on this theme. As a way of contributing to this theme, interviews were conducted with 237 teachers, parents and guardians of students from different locations and with 20 students from a public school located in the city of Itapecerica da Serra, in São Paulo. The main objective of this study was to understand the advantages of using the resource room and the Specialized Educational Service combined with regular education for effective and inclusive learning in basic education. This qualitative research makes it possible to perceive the same great part of the teachers and responsible for students who know or who are a student with a disability, not everyone knows or knows how a Multifunctional Resource Room works and how it is done by the Educational Service Skilled. This reflects that discussions on this topic are of great relevance. To conclude that the objective of this study was achieved, as the following results could reflect and understand the importance of including students with special requirements and how it is carried out in practice.

Como una forma de contribuir a este tema, se realizaron entrevistas con 237 maestros, padres y tutores de estudiantes de diferentes lugares y con 20 estudiantes de una escuela pública ubicada en la ciudad de Itapecerica da Serra, en São Paulo. El objetivo principal de este estudio fue comprender las ventajas de usar la sala de recursos y el Servicio Educativo Especializado combinado con la educación regular para un aprendizaje efectivo e inclusivo en la educación básica. Esta investigación cualitativa permitió darse cuenta de que incluso una gran parte de los maestros y tutores de los estudiantes saben lo que es un estudiante con una discapacidad, no todos saben o saben cómo debería funcionar una Sala de Recursos Multifuncionales y cómo se lleva a cabo la Atención Educativa Especializada. Esto refleja que las discusiones sobre este tema son de gran relevancia. Llegamos a la conclusión de que se alcanzó el objetivo de este estudio, ya que en vista de los resultados obtenidos pudimos reflexionar y comprender la importancia de incluir a los estudiantes con necesidades especiales y cómo se lleva a cabo en la práctica.O Brasil ainda não é um país referência quando o assunto é educação inclusiva, mas caminha a passos largos para isso e as instituições educacionais, cada vez mais, desenvolvem estudos e ações nesta temática. Como forma de contribuir com este tema, foram realizadas entrevistas com 237 professores, pais e responsáveis por estudantes de diversas localidades e com 20 alunos de uma escola pública localizada na cidade de Itapecerica da Serra, em São Paulo. O principal objetivo deste estudo foi compreender as vantagens da utilização da sala de recursos e do Atendimento Educacional Especializado aliado ao ensino regular para uma aprendizagem eficaz e inclusiva na educação básica. Esta pesquisa, de caráter qualitativo, possibilitou perceber que mesmo grande parte dos professores e responsáveis por alunos saberem o que é um aluno com deficiência, nem todos conhecem ou sabem como deveria funcionar uma Sala de Recursos Multifuncionais e como é feito o Atendimento Educacional Especializado. Isso reflete que discussões sobre este tema são de grande relevância.
