Resumo: | Teaching learning to result in good quality teaching requires responsibility, commitment, seriousness and agreements that are fulfilled. In this way, the general objective is to analyze the right to quality education in the exercise of teaching and learning in Brazil and has the following specific objectives: To show quality education based on the Brazilian Federal Constitution; present the Education Development Plan (PDE); highlight the National Education Plan (PNE). As for the Methodology, it is qualitative bibliographical research, being a systematic review. The search for data was carried out on academic Google, Scielo (through books, articles and magazines already published), as well as on the Laws that support the right to education. The right to education stems from the recognition that systematic knowledge is more than an important cultural heritage. As part of the cultural heritage, the citizen becomes capable of taking hold of cognitive and training standards through which he has greater possibilities of participating in the destinies of his society and collaborating in its transformation. Having mastery of systematic knowledge is also a “sine qua non” level in order to be able to broaden the field and horizon of this and new knowledge. The study tends to visualize the important role of government Projects and Plans, such as PNE, PDE, FUNDEB and others, in relation to the enhancement of education, through bodies responsible for its smooth progress and development, so that there is a satisfactory and satisfactory result. positive. |

En cuanto a la Metodología, se trata de una investigación bibliográfica cualitativa, siendo una revisión sistemática. La búsqueda de datos se realizó en Google académico, Scielo (a través de libros, artículos y revistas ya publicados), así como sobre las Leyes que amparan el derecho a la educación. El derecho a la educación surge del reconocimiento de que el conocimiento sistemático es más que un patrimonio cultural importante. Como parte del patrimonio cultural, el ciudadano se vuelve capaz de apropiarse de patrones cognitivos y formativos a través de los cuales tiene mayores posibilidades de participar en los destinos de su sociedad y colaborar en su transformación. Tener dominio del conocimiento sistemático es también un nivel “sine qua non” para poder ampliar el campo y el horizonte de este y nuevos conocimientos. El estudio tiende a visibilizar el importante papel de los Proyectos y Planes de gobierno, como el PNE, PDE, FUNDEB y otros, en relación con el mejoramiento de la educación, a través de las instancias encargadas de su buen avance y desarrollo, para que exista una satisfactoria y satisfactoria resultado positivo.O ensino aprendizado para que resulte em boa qualidade de ensino é necessário responsabilidade, compromisso, seriedade e acordos que sejam cumpridos. Desta maneira, o objetivo geral analisar o direito de uma educação de qualidade no exercício do ensino aprendizado no Brasil e tem como objetivos especifico: Mostrar o ensino de qualidade a partir da Constituição Federal brasileira; apresentar o Plano de Desenvolvimento da Educação (PDE); destacar o Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE). Quanto a Metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica de cunho qualitativa, sendo uma revisão sistemática. A busca de dados foi feita no Google acadêmico, Scielo (através de livros, artigos e revistas já publicados), bem como nas Leis que amparam o direito a educação. O direito à educação parte do reconhecimento de que o saber sistemático é mais do que uma importante herança cultural. Como parte da herança cultural, o cidadão torna-se capaz de se apossar de padrões cognitivos e formativos pelos quais tem maiores possibilidades de participar dos destinos de sua sociedade e colaborar na sua transformação. Ter o domínio de conhecimentos sistemáticos é também um patamar “sine qua non” a fim de poder alargar o campo e o horizonte destes e de novos conhecimentos.
