Memories of the school in the Quilombo Negros do Riacho, located in Currais Novos, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil

Resumo: The present article responds to the proposal of work of research of the memories of the school in Quilombo Negros do Riacho-RN. The essay presents in its first part a motivation to talk about the memory of the Quilombo Negros do Riacho school, from thinkers such as Asunción (2009), Le Goff (1992), Halbawachs (1990) and Pierre Nora (1984). As results, a brief report is presented on the formation of the Quilombo Negros do Riacho, the Memory and History of the Negros do Riacho Community School process, where the school's operating locations and its evolution are presented. It is proposed to present some transformations that happened in the school over time and that in the present collaborate to the understanding of the Memory and History of the School in the community. In the considerations are looked for to trace ways for the development and improvement of the community and the preservation of the memory. The methodology was made through qualitative research using reports from teachers, former school students belonging to the quilombola community in open interviews and theoretical reference that justifies the construction of a memory and history.

El trabajo presenta en su primera parte una motivación para discurrir acerca de la memoria de la escuela del Quilombo Negros del Riacho, a partir de pensadores como Asunción (2009), Le Goff (1992), Halbawachs (1990) y Pierre Nora (1984). Como resultados se presenta un breve relato sobre la formación del Quilombo Negros do Riacho, a la Memoria e Historia del proceso de Escuela en la Comunidad Negros do Riacho donde se presentan los lugares de funcionamiento de la escuela y su evolución. Se propone presentar algunas transformaciones que ocurrieron en la escuela a lo largo del tiempo y que en el presente colaboran para la comprensión de la Memoria e Historia de la Escuela en la comunidad. En las consideraciones se buscan trazar caminos para el desarrollo y mejora de la comunidad y la preservación de la memoria. La metodología fue realizada a través de investigación cualitativa utilizando relatos de profesores, ex alumnos de la escuela pertenecientes a la comunidad quilombola en entrevistas abiertas y referencial teórico que justifique la construcción de una memoria e historia.O presente artigo atende à proposta de trabalho de pesquisa das memórias da escola no Quilombo Negros do Riacho-RN. O trabalho apresenta em sua primeira parte uma motivação para discorrer acerca da memória da escola do Quilombo Negros do Riacho, a partir de pensadores como Assunção (2009),Le Goff (1992), Halbawachs (1990) e Pierre Nora (1984). Como resultados apresenta-se um breve relato sobre a formação do Quilombo Negros do Riacho, à Memória e História do processo de Escola na Comunidade Negros do Riacho onde são apresentados os locais de funcionamento da escola e sua evolução. Propõe-se apresentar algumas transformações que aconteceram na escola ao longo do tempo e que no presente colaboram para a compreensão da Memória e História da Escola na comunidade. Nas considerações buscam-se traçar caminhos para o desenvolvimento e melhoria da comunidade e a preservação da memória.
