Resumo: | This article objective to report and reflect on the teacher experience of the Mental Health Nursing discipline about the use of methodological resources, as the use of the Whatsapp application in schoolroom activities, on purpose of enable the student the use of social networks and the communication virtual in learning process, as well as a formation more reflective for acting in the health system. This is an experience report about the use of the Whatsapp application as a tool for strategy methodological during the discipline of Nursing in Mental Health of the undergraduate Nursing course. Firstly, used the application in a group format to explore information available on the internet about user embracement. In a second moment, the students built a concept of user embracement from the information posted in the discussion group. The possibility become the student as protagonist of the teaching-learning process, stimulates and favors meaningful learning, providing a formation of proactive, critical and reflective professionals about their reality. The experience made it possible the student to be a protagonist in his construction of theoretical knowledge, favored learning, making the student part of the process, and a protagonist in this construction. And to teacher, it made it possible to approach the students, and engage in a reflective critical formation. |

And to teacher, it made it possible to approach the students, and engage in a reflective critical formation.Este artículo objetivo reportar y reflexionar sobre la experiencia docente de la disciplina de Enfermería en Salud Mental en cuanto al uso de recursos metodológicos, como el uso de la aplicación Whatsapp en las actividades del salón de clases, con el fin de habilitar al estudiante en el uso las redes sociales y la comunicación virtual en el aula proceso de aprendizaje, así como una formación más reflexiva para actuação en el sistema de salud. Esto es un relato de experiencia sobre el uso de la aplicación Whatsapp como herramienta de estrategia metodológica durante la disciplina de Enfermería en Salud Mental del Curso de licenciatura en Enfermería. En primer lugar, la aplicación se utilizó en formato grupal para explorar la información disponible en Internet sobre Acogimiento. En un segundo momentos, los estudiantes construyeron un concepto de acogimiento a partir de la información publicada en el grupo de discusión. La posibilidad de harse al alumno como protagonista en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, estimula y favorece el aprendizaje significativo, proporcionar un formación en profesionales más proactivos, críticos y reflexivos sobre su realidad. La experiencia lo hizo posible al alumno ser protagonista en su construcción de conocimientos teóricos, favoreció el aprendizaje, haciendo al alumno parte del proceso, y protagonista en esta construcción. Y al docente, lo hizo posible acercarse a los alumnos, y emprender en una formación crítica reflexiva.Este artigo objetiva relatar e refletir sobre a experiência docente da disciplina de Enfermagem em Saúde Mental acerca do uso de recursos metodológicos, como o uso do aplicativo Whatsapp em atividades de sala de aula, no propósito de possibilitar ao estudante o uso das redes sociais e da comunicação virtual no processo de aprendizagem, bem como uma formação mais reflexiva para a atuação no sistema de saúde. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, sobre o uso do aplicativo Whatsapp como ferramenta para estratégia metodológica durante a disciplina de Enfermagem em Saúde Mental do Curso de graduação em Enfermagem. Primeiramente, utilizou-se o aplicativo no formato de grupo para explorar informações disponíveis na internet sobre Acolhimento. Em um segundo momento, os estudantes construíram um conceito de acolhimento a partir das informações postadas no grupo de discussão. A possibilidade de tornar o estudante como protagonista do processo de ensino- aprendizagem, estimula e favorece o aprendizado significativo, proporcionando uma formação de profissionais mais proativos, críticos e reflexivos sobre sua realidade. A experiência possibilitou o estudante ser protagonista de sua construção do conhecimento teórico, favoreceu ao aprendizado, tornando o estudante parte do processo, e protagonista nesta construção.
