Instruments for assessing psychomotor development of children in Brazil: a scope review protocol

Resumo: Objective: to map in the literature the instruments for assessing the psychomotor development of children in Brazil. Method: this is a research protocol, based on the Joanna Briggs Institute manual, using the Prefered Reporing Items for Systematic Reviews extension for Scoping Review checklist, registered in Open Science Framework no. osf.io/vr4z3. A search and data collection will be carried out with Descriptors in Health Science and Medical Subject Headings. Studies that answer the research question will be considered eligible. Selection will take place independently by two reviewers, using Rayyan software. Disagreements will be appreciated by a third reviewer. The results will be presented through a summary table, flowchart and narrative discussion. Expected results: the present study aims to list the instruments and assessment scales of psychomotor development validated for the Brazilian population.

Se realizará una búsqueda y recolección de datos con los descriptores Health Science y Medical Subject Headings. Se considerarán elegibles los estudios que respondan a la pregunta de investigación. La selección se realizará de forma independiente por dos revisores, utilizando el software Rayyan. Los desacuerdos serán apreciados por un tercer revisor. Los resultados se presentarán a través de una tabla resumen, diagrama de flujo y discusión narrativa. Resultados esperados: el presente estudio tiene como objetivo enumerar los instrumentos y escalas de evaluación del desarrollo psicomotor validados para la población brasileña.Objetivo: mapear na literatura os instrumentos de avaliação do desenvolvimento psicomotor de crianças no Brasil. Será realizada uma busca e coleta de dados com os descritores da Ciência da Saúde e Medical Subject Headings. Serão considerados elegíveis estudos que respondam à pergunta de pesquisa. A seleção ocorrerá de maneira independente por dois revisores, a partir do software Rayyan. Divergências serão apreciadas por um terceiro revisor. Os resultados serão apresentados por meio de quadro resumo, fluxograma e discussão narrativa.
