The food technical and the theme food: a proposal in integraded high school

Resumo: Objective: This work aims to identify the impact of a contextualized and integrated didactic proposal on the training of students, whose theme was the relationship between food and the basic and technical disciplines of the integrated technical course in food. Methodology: The research was characterized as a qualitative work of the type research-action, which was developed with students of the first year of the Integrated Technician in Food course, of a Federal Institute, of the South of Brazil. The didactic proposal was based on the Problem-based Methodology based on the Maguerez arc, as a guide for the research. The activities were divided into five stages: 1) Observation of reality; 2) Identification of Problems - Key points; 3) Theorization; 4) Solution hypotheses; 5) Application to reality. Results: About this study, it was found that students were able to relate food to their basic and technical disciplines, which comes to contribute to their integral, omnilateral and polytechnic human training. Thus, educational practices in Technological Professional Education (EFA) must be adapted and integrated with the proposal of the course in which it develops. Conclusion: Thus, despite being a disciplinary practice, it should not occur in isolation, it must be integrated into the course's curriculum proposal to contribute to the integral training of subjects.

Metodología: La investigación se caracterizó como un trabajo cualitativo del tipo investigación-acción, que se desarrolló con estudiantes del primer año de la carrera de Técnico Integrado en Alimentos, de un Instituto Federal, del Sur de Brasil. La propuesta didáctica se basó en la Metodología de Problematización basada en el arco de Maguerez, como guía para la investigación. Las actividades se dividieron en cinco etapas: 1) Observación de la realidad; 2) Identificación de problemas: puntos clave; 3) Teorización; 4) hipótesis de solución; 5) Aplicación a la realidad. Resultados: Sobre este estudio, se encontró que los estudiantes fueron capaces de relacionar la alimentación con sus disciplinas básicas y técnicas, lo que viene a contribuir a su formación humana integral, omnilateral y politécnica. Así, las prácticas educativas en Educación Tecnológica Profesional (ETF) deben adaptarse e integrarse con la propuesta del curso en el que se desarrolla. Conclusíon: Así, a pesar de ser una práctica disciplinaria, no debe darse de forma aislada, debe integrarse en la propuesta curricular del curso para contribuir a la formación integral de las asignaturas.Objetivo: Este trabalho possui como objetivo identificar o impacto de uma proposta didática contextualizada e integrada sobre a formação de estudantes, a qual teve como tema a relação da alimentação com as disciplinas básicas e técnicas, do curso técnico integrado em alimentos. Metodologia: A pesquisa se caracterizou como um trabalho qualitativo do tipo pesquisa-ação, que foi desenvolvida com estudantes do primeiro ano do curso Técnico Integrado em Alimentos, de um Instituto Federal, do Sul do Brasil. A proposta didática baseou-se na Metodologia da Problematização com base no arco de Maguerez, como norteador da pesquisa. As atividades foram divididas em cinco etapas: 1) Observação da realidade; 2) Identificação dos Problemas - Pontos chaves; 3) Teorização; 4) Hipóteses de solução; 5) Aplicação à realidade. Resultados: Acerca deste estudo, verificou-se que os alunos conseguiram relacionar alimentação com as suas disciplinas básicas e técnicas, o que vem a contribuir para sua formação humana integral, omnilateral e politécnica. Assim, as práticas educativas na Educação Profissional Tecnológica (EPT) devem ser adaptadas e integradas à proposta do curso em que ela se desenvolve.
