Resumo: | The Pedagogical Political Project or Political Pedagogical Proposal (PPP) is a guiding document of the work of every teaching institution, since it represents the unification of decisions built collectively with the school community, in favor of education. Thus, this document can be elaborated through a strategic planning, which is presented as a form of organization of great importance, for the adequate development of this teaching-learning process, because the future perception about the objectives outlined and the decision making allow the monitoring of results and meeting expectations. In this way, the present study presents the Strategic Planning as a managerial tool that facilitates the process of conducting the PPP, and consequently in the execution of its proposals, in the construction context. From the study and analysis of the PPP's of the city of TeófiloOtoni / MG, it was possible to observe that educational institutions could better structure their projects, according to the pertinent legislations, thinking about their future actions of PPP construction in the planning context strategic. |

Así, este documento puede ser elaborado a través de una planificación estratégica, que se presenta como forma de organización de gran importancia, para el adecuado desarrollo de ese proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, pues la percepción futura acerca de los objetivos trazados y la toma de decisiones permiten el desarrollo seguimiento de los resultados y confrontación con las expectativas creadas. De esta forma, el presente estudio tiene por objetivo presentar la Planificación Estratégica como herramienta gerencial facilitadora en el proceso de conducción del PPP, y consecuentemente en la ejecución de sus propuestas, en el contexto de construcción. A partir del estudio y del análisis de los PPP de la ciudad de Teófilo Otoni / MG fue posible observar que las instituciones de enseñanza, podrían estructurar mejor sus proyectos, de acuerdo con las legislaciones pertinentes, pensando sus acciones futuras de construcción de los PPP's en el contexto del " planificación estratégica.O Projeto Político Pedagógico ou Proposta Político Pedagógica (PPP) é um documento norteador do trabalho de toda instituição de ensino, pois representa a unificação de decisões construídas de forma coletiva com a comunidade escolar, em prol da educação. Assim, este documento pode ser elaborado através de um planejamento estratégico,que é apresentado como forma de organização de grande importância, para o adequado desenvolvimento desse processo de ensino-aprendizado, pois a percepção futura acerca dos objetivos traçados e a tomada de decisões permitem o acompanhamento dos resultados e confronto com as expectativas criadas. Desta forma, o presente estudo tem por objetivo apresentar o Planejamento Estratégico como ferramenta gerencial facilitadora no processo de condução do PPP, e consequentemente na execução de suas propostas, no contexto de construção.
