Resumo: | Considering the essential purpose of the internship, the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT) and the Court of Accounts of the State of Mato Grosso (TCE-MT) signed an agreement for the operationalization of the internship program. It is sought, in this process, that the trainee can reveal the ability to question, problematize, know and move within the scenarios of professional practices. The objective of the work was to evaluate the trainee's learning in his professional field, within the scope of the UFMT / TCE agreement. In this process, personnel from the academy (teachers and students) and TCE-MT employees were involved. The data collection and analysis procedure took place through semi-structured interviews and through the application of a questionnaire with at least 30% of the interns of the agreement. As a triangulation of data collection, participated in the research the supervising professors and those directly responsible for the trainees at the TCE. This work involved observations, participations and interventions made during the internship, aiming to reflect on the relationship between practice and theory, along with the difficulties and challenges during this process. |

Se busca, en este proceso, que el pasante pueda revelar la capacidad de cuestionar, problematizar, conocer y moverse en los escenarios de las prácticas profesionales. El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar el aprendizaje del pasante en su campo profesional, en el ámbito del convenio UFMT/TCE. En este proceso se involucraron agentes académicos (docentes y estudiantes) y empleados del TCE-MT. El procedimiento de recolección y análisis de datos se realizó a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas y la aplicación de un cuestionario con al menos el 30% de los internos del convenio. Como una triangulación de recolección de datos, la investigación fue realizada por profesores mentores y responsables directos de los pasantes en el TCE. Este trabajo implicó observaciones, participaciones e intervenciones realizadas durante la pasantía, con el objetivo de reflexionar sobre la relación entre la práctica y la teoría, así como las dificultades y desafíos durante este proceso.Tendo em vista a finalidade essencial do estágio, a Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso (UFMT) e o Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Mato Grosso (TCE-MT) firmaram convênio para operacionalização do programa de estágio. Busca-se, nesse processo, que o estagiário possa revelar a capacidade de questionar, problematizar, conhecer e movimentar-se dentro dos cenários de práticas profissionais. O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar a aprendizagem do estagiário no seu campo de atuação profissional, no âmbito do convênio UFMT/TCE. Nesse processo, envolveram-se agentes da academia (professores e alunos) e servidores do TCE-MT. O procedimento de coleta e análise de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e da aplicação de questionário com pelo menos 30% dos estagiários do convênio. A título de triangulação de coleta de dados participaram da pesquisa professores orientadores e responsáveis diretos pelos estagiários no TCE.
