Gamification in emergency remote teaching as a teaching-pedagogical resource in the development of portuguese language classes

Resumo: This article is the realization of a research which object of study is the insertion of gamified applications in the educational scope and was guided by the question: what is the impact of the use of gamified activities in the context of Emergency Remote Teaching? Searching to answer the question, the investigation was developed according to the assumptions of qualitative research and descriptive study, aiming to understand the use of gamification in Emergency Remote Teaching as a didactic-pedagogical resource in the development of Portuguese Language classes in the 8th year of a private school in Aracaju, SE. As for the instruments, we adopted the observation of the virtual classroom and the online interview. Data analysis was performed from the perspective of Bardin (2016) content analysis. As a result, the research showed that, despite the challenges imposed by the pandemic situation, the inclusion of gamified activities in Portuguese Language classes encouraged the participation of 8th grade students, enhancing the process of teaching and learning the mother tongue in Emergency Remote Teaching.

Buscando responder à pergunta, a investigação se desarrolló de acuerdo com os pressupostos de investigação cualitativa e estudio descritivo, com o objetivo de compreender o uso da gamificação no Enseñanza Remota de Emergencia como recurso didático-pedagógico no desarrollo de classes de Lengua Portuguesa no 8vo. ano de una escuela privada em Aracaju, SE. Em todos os instrumentos, adotamos a observação da aula virtual e a entrevista em linha. A análise de dados foi realizada a partir da perspectiva da análise de conteúdo de Bardin (2016). Como resultado, a investigação mostrou que, devido aos desafios impostos pela situação de pandemia, a inclusão de atividades gamificadas nas classes de Língua Portuguesa fomentou a participação dos estudantes de 8º grau, melhorando o processo de aprendizagem e aprendizagem da língua materna na Enseñanza Remota de Emergencia.Este artigo constitui-se na materialização de uma pesquisa que tomou por objeto de estudo a inserção de aplicativos gamificados no âmbito educacional e foi guiada pela pergunta: qual o impacto da utilização de atividades gamificadas no âmbito do Ensino Remoto Emergencial? Buscando responder ao questionamento, a investigação foi desenvolvida segundo os pressupostos da pesquisa qualitativa e do estudo descritivo, mediante o objetivo de compreender a utilização da gamificação no Ensino Remoto Emergencial como recurso didático-pedagógico no desenvolvimento das aulas de Língua Portuguesa no 8º ano de uma escola particular de Aracaju, SE. Quanto aos instrumentos, adotamos a observação da sala de aula virtual e a entrevista online. A análise dos dados foi feita a partir da perspectiva da análise de conteúdo de Bardin (2016).
