Resumo: | In this article, compliance with the relevant legislation is analyzed regarding the correct performance of the lawyer in the provision of his services, his ethical performance and the civil liability attributed to him, which consists of the duty that the lawyer has to indemnify his contractor for acts performed within the process. In short, there is irresponsibility in the area of law, an issue that has been negatively affecting people's lives for a long time and is increasingly becoming more present, considering that these errors can lead to the loss of a chance for the contractor. mistakes, can end up becoming part of everyday life if no measure is adopted to solve such a problem, there are measures and mainly care that a professional in the area of law must take, so that this type of situation does not occur under any circumstances, simple actions , but which can change the course of a case. But when mistakes are made, there is legislation to take care of these cases, if they suffer punishment, they can go from the simplest to the most severe, different degrees in different situations, thus showing that justice is for everyone. |

En definitiva, existe la irresponsabilidad en el área del derecho, tema que viene afectando negativamente la vida de las personas desde hace mucho tiempo y cada vez se hace más presente, considerando que estos errores pueden llevar a la pérdida de una oportunidad para el contratista. errores, pueden terminar convirtiéndose en parte de la vida cotidiana si no se adopta ninguna medida para solucionar tal problema, existen medidas y principalmente cuidados que debe tomar un profesional en el área del derecho, para que este tipo de situaciones no se presenten bajo cualquier circunstancia, acciones simples, pero que pueden cambiar el curso de un caso. Pero cuando se cometen errores, existe una legislación para atender estos casos, si sufren castigos, pueden ir desde los más simples hasta los más severos, diferentes grados en diferentes situaciones, demostrando así que la justicia es para todos.No presente artigo, é analisado o cumprimento da legislação pertinente acerca da correta atuação do advogado na prestação de seus serviços, sua atuação ética e, a responsabilidade civil atribuída ao mesmo, a qual, consiste no dever que o advogado possui em indenizar seu contratante por atos praticados dentro do processo. Em suma, há irresponsabilidade na área da advocacia, tema que vem afetando a vida das pessoas de forma negativa, a muito tempo e cada vez acaba mostrando-se mais presente, visando que esses erros podem acarretar na perda de uma chance do contratante.Tais erros, podem acabar tornando-se parte do cotidiano se nenhuma medida for adotada para resolver tal problema, existem medidas e principalmente cuidados, que um profissional da área do direito deve tomar, para que esse tipo de situação não ocorra em hipótese alguma, ações simples, mas que podem mudar o rumo de um caso.
