The use of educational technologies in the birth plan for pregnant women: integrative literature review

Resumo: Objective: To analyze the scientific evidence available in the literature on the use of birth plan educational technologies with pregnant women. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review. We chose to search in Scielo, Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences, Nursing Database, ScieVerse Scopus, PubMed. Data collection occurred from April to August 2021. The PICOT strategy was used to select the guiding question: What is the available scientific evidence on the use of technologies for birth planning among pregnant women? Inclusion criteria were scientific productions on the review theme, complete original articles, published in Portuguese, Spanish and English, without a time frame. Publications with only an abstract, without the delimitation adopted in the questioning, reflections, reviews, editorials, literature reviews, dissertations, and theses were excluded. Repeated studies were counted only once. Results: Fifteen studies were identified with evidence N1, N2, N3, N4, N6. Conclusion: The use of technologies on the birth plan with pregnant women is still incipient the Education Technology are increasingly present in everyday life such as: educational video, apps, text messages, birth plan, virtual learning object, artistic exhibition, document of refusal of procedures, web-based decisions, conversation wheel and leaflet.

Metodología: Se trata de una revisión integradora de la literatura y se opta por buscar en Scielo, Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud, Base de Datos de Enfermería, ScieVerse Scopus y PubMed. La recogida de datos tuvo lugar entre abril y agosto de 2021. Se utilizó la estrategia PICOT para la selección de la pregunta guía: ¿Cuál es la evidencia científica disponible sobre el uso de tecnologías en la planificación del parto con mujeres embarazadas? Los criterios de inclusión utilizados fueron producciones científicas sobre el tema de la revisión, artículos completos, modalidad original, publicados en portugués, español e inglés, sin corte de tiempo. Fueron excluidas las publicaciones con sólo resumen, sin la delimitación adoptada en el cuestionamiento, las reflexiones, las revisiones, los editoriales, las revisiones bibliográficas, las disertaciones y las tesis. Los estudios repetidos se contaron sólo una vez. Resultados: Se identificaron 15 estudios con evidencia N1, N2, N3, N4, N6. Conclusión: El uso de las tecnologías sobre el plano del parto junto a los gestores es todavía incipiente y las tecnológia educativos están cada vez más presentes en el día a día como: vídeo educativo, aplicaciones, mensajes de texto, plano del parto, objeto de aprendizaje virtual, exposición artística, documento de recusación de procedimientos, decisiones basadas en la web, rueda de conversación y folletos.Objetivo: Analisar as evidências científicas disponíveis na literatura sobre o uso de tecnologias educacionais do plano de parto junto às gestantes. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura e optou-se por buscar na Scielo, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Base de Dados de Enfermagem, ScieVerse  Scopus e PubMed. A coleta de dados ocorreu de abril a agosto de 2021. A estratégia PICOT foi usada para a seleção da pergunta norteadora: Quais as evidências científicas disponíveis sobre a utilização de tecnologias sobre o plano de parto junto às gestantes? Como critérios de inclusão utilizaram-se produções científicas realizadas na temática da revisão, artigos completos, modalidade original, publicados em português, espanhol e inglês, sem recorte temporal. Foram excluídas as publicações com apenas resumo, sem a delimitação adotada no questionamento, reflexões, resenhas, editoriais, revisões da literatura, dissertações e teses. Os estudos repetidos foram contabilizados apenas uma vez. Resultados: Identificaram-se 15 estudos com evidências N1, N2, N3, N4, N6.
