Elaboration of a didactic sequence in the teaching of Chemistry structured in an active methodology with a generator theme: the coffee

Resumo: | The use of Active Methodologies in teaching is characterized by inserting the student as the center of the learning process, giving autonomy so that he can solve problems based on discussions, interactions and activities that require him to become an active agent in this process, seeking strategies, like digital technologies, for problem solving. In this context, the objective of this work was to elaborate, through an active methodology, a didactic sequence composed of activities planned to teach some contents in the teaching of basic chemistry through a generator theme, coffee. The didactic proposals were structured in: * Begin the History of Coffee in teaching with the enactment of Law 10,639 of 2003; * Insert themes for the context of Chemistry Teaching with other subjects, such as Geography, Biology, History and Mathematics; * Awakening in students the interest of the generator theme as a product for researching articles; * Study on the chemical composition of coffee and * Sensory analysis of different types of coffee. In this analogy, in order to contribute concepts to teaching, it is understood that the historical and technological references allow to identify great possibilities of contextualization that can be constructed through active concepts and methodologies applied in the chosen generator theme. In other words, this text seeks to develop a stimulus around the concepts and propositions about didactic sequence, which consists of methodological proposals for the organization and planning of teaching, with different aspects and emphases. |

En este contexto, el objetivo de este trabajo fue elaborar, a través de una metodología activa, una secuencia didáctica compuesta de actividades planificadas para enseñar algunos contenidos en la enseñanza de la química básica a través de un tema generador, el café. Las propuestas didácticas se estructuraron en: * Comenzar Historia del café en la enseñanza con la promulgación de la Ley 10.639 de 2003; * Insertar temas para la contextualización de la enseñanza de la química con otras materias, como geografía, biología, historia y matemáticas; * Despertar en los estudiantes el interés del tema generador como producto para la investigación de artículos. * Estudio sobre la composición química del café y * Análisis sensorial de diferentes tipos de café. En esta analogía, para aportar conceptos a la enseñanza, se entiende que las referencias históricas y tecnológicas permiten identificar grandes posibilidades de contextualización que se pueden construir a través de conceptos y metodologías activas aplicadas en el tema generador elegido. En otras palabras, este texto busca desarrollar un estímulo alrededor de los conceptos y proposiciones sobre la secuencia didáctica, que consiste en propuestas metodológicas para la organización y planificación de la enseñanza, con diferentes aspectos y énfasis.O uso das Metodologias Ativas no ensino é caracterizado por inserir o aluno como centro do processo de aprendizagem, dando autonomia para que ele consiga solucionar problemas a partir das discussões, interações e atividades que exigem que ele se torne agente ativo nesse processo, buscando estratégias, como as tecnologias digitais, para solução de problemas. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho foi elaborar por meio de uma metodologia ativa, uma sequência didática composta por atividades planejadas para lecionar alguns conteúdos no ensino de química básica por meio de um tema gerador, o café. As propostas didáticas foram estruturadas em: *Principiar a História do Café no ensino com a promulgação da Lei 10.639 de 2003; *Inserir temas para a contextualização do Ensino de Química com outras disciplinas, como por exemplo: Geografia, Biologia, História e Matemática; *Despertar nos alunos o interesse do tema gerador como produto para pesquisas em artigos; *Estudar sobre a composição química do café e *Análise Sensorial de diferentes tipos de café. Nessa analogia, de modo a contribuir conceitos para o ensino, compreende-se que as referências históricas e tecnológicas permitem identificar grandes possibilidades de contextualização que podem ser construídas por meio de conceitos e metodologias ativas aplicadas no tema gerador escolhido.
