Resumo: The purpose of this case is to present a successful entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial history in which persistence, work and unity were key elements for success. The case study reports the boldness of a farmer and merchant who left the interior of a Brazilian state with the idea and willpower to win in the capital. In a general way, it addresses the stages that had to overcome, becoming a reference in the Brazilian market. Even though it has to go through successions, internal conflicts, crises in the country's economy, competition from national and multinational markets, changes in governments, the company continues to be a successful brand and a leader in retail direct sales. The methodology used for this case for teaching was Internet research, experiences with representatives, suppliers, former employees and local media. The management aspects presented in the case are: organizational culture, conflict management and leadership. Thus, this case study is recommended the disciplines: Organizational Culture, Strategic Planning and Leadership.

El estudio de caso relata la osadía de agricultor y comerciante que salió del interior de un estado brasileño con la idea y fuerza de voluntad de vencer en la capital. De una forma general aborda las etapas que tuvieron que vencer convirtiéndose en una referencia en el mercado brasileño. La empresa sigue siendo una marca de éxito y líder en el comercio minorista de venta al consumidor directo, incluso teniendo que pasar por sucesiones, conflictos internos, crisis en la economía del país, competencias provenientes del mercado nacional y multinacional, cambios de gobiernos, la empresa sigue siendo una marca de éxito y líder en el comercio minorista de venta al consumidor directo. La metodología utilizada para este caso para enseñanza fueron investigaciones en Internet, experiencias con representantes, proveedores, ex funcionarios y medios locales. Los aspectos de gestión presentados en el caso son: cultura organizacional, gestión de conflictos y liderazgo. De esta forma este estudio de caso es recomendado las disciplinas: Cultura Organizacional, Planificación Estratégica y Liderazgo.O presente caso tem como objetivo apresentar uma história empresarial e empreendedora de sucesso em que a persistência, o trabalho e a união foram elementos primordiais para o êxito. O estudo de caso relata a ousadia de agricultor e comerciante que saiu do interior de um estado brasileiro com a ideia e força de vontade de vencer na capital. De uma forma geral aborda as etapas que tiveram que vencer tornando-se uma referência no mercado brasileiro. Mesmo tendo que passar por sucessões, conflitos internos, crises na economia do país, concorrências advindas do mercado nacional e multinacional, mudanças de governos, a empresa continua sendo uma marca de sucesso e líder no varejo de venda ao consumidor direto. A metodologia utilizada para este caso para ensino foram pesquisas na internet, experiências com representantes, fornecedores, ex-funcionários e mídia local. Os aspectos de gestão apresentados no caso são: cultura organizacional, gestão de conflitos e liderança.
