Educational legislation and the use of technological resources in the classroom: an analysis of the school reality in Minas Gerais

Resumo: | This article aims to verify the implementation of the National Common Curricular Base and the Law of Directives and Bases of Education, both normative documents, in the panorama of Brazilian basic education, regarding the use and access of technology in the classroom, in addition to compare the application of the guidelines established in current legislation between the public and private educational systems, both in the rural and urban regions of the state of Minas Gerais, in comparison with national indices. The developed research was based, in an exploratory character, in the methodological category of the case study. Concerning the analysis procedures, quantitative methods were explored, about the collection of numerically tangible information collected in the CENSO 2018 database. Throughout this work, there was an explicit inequality between public schools and private schools, mainly in rural areas, where there is little investment presence and public policies focused on education and its maintenance. In this sense, it is concluded that the range and effectiveness of the legal documents, analyzed in this article, are not fully and equally realized in the Brazilian context, especially when it comes to technological resources available for methodological and expository use in the classroom. |

In this sense, it is concluded that the range and effectiveness of the legal documents, analyzed in this article, are not fully and equally realized in the Brazilian context, especially when it comes to technological resources available for methodological and expository use in the classroom.Este artículo tiene como objetivo verificar la implementación de la Base Curricular Común Nacional y la Ley de Directivas y Bases de Educación, ambos documentos normativos, en el panorama de la educación básica brasileña, con respecto al uso y acceso de la tecnología en el aula, además de comparar la aplicación de los lineamientos establecidos en la legislación vigente entre los sistemas educativos públicos y privados, tanto en las regiones rurales como urbanas del estado de Minas Gerais, en comparación con los índices nacionales. La investigación desarrollada se basó, en um carácter exploratorio, en la categoría metodológica del estudio de caso. Con respecto a los procedimientos de análisis, se exploraron métodos cuantitativos sobre la recopilación de información numéricamente tangible recopilada en la base de datos CENSO 2018. A lo largo de este trabajo, hubo una desigualdad explícita entre las escuelas públicas y las privadas, principalmente en las zonas rurales, donde hay poca presencia de inversión y políticas públicas centradas en la educación y su mantenimiento. En este sentido, se concluye que el alcance y la efectividad de los documentos legales, analizados en este artículo, no se realizan de manera plena e igualitaria en el contexto brasileño, especialmente cuando se trata de recursos tecnológicos disponibles para uso metodológico y expositivo en el aula.Este artigo propõe-se a verificar a implementação da Base Nacional Comum Curricular e da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação, ambos documentos normativos, no panorama da educação básica brasileira, no tocante ao uso e ao acesso de tecnologia em sala de aula, além de comparar a aplicação das orientações estabelecidas nas legislações vigentes entre rede pública e privada de ensino, tanto no âmbito rural quanto no urbano do estado de Minas Gerais, em comparação com os índices nacionais. A pesquisa desenvolvida fundamentou-se, em caráter exploratório, na categoria metodológica do estudo de caso. Em relação às técnicas de análise, exploraram-se os métodos quantitativos, no que diz respeito à coleta de informações numericamente tangíveis coletadas na base de dados do CENSO 2018. Ao longo desta pesquisa, observou-se uma desigualdade explícita entre escolas públicas e escolas privadas, principalmente nas zonas rurais, onde há pouca presença de investimentos e de políticas públicas focadas na educação e em sua manutenção.
