Resumo: | This research is about the experiences and challenges of mothers when returning to work after maternity leave. Thus, the objective was to analyze experiences after the return of maternity leave among workers of a Brewery in the northeast region of Brazil. Therefore, a descriptive study with a qualitative approach was carried out, in order to obtain more data, enriching the knowledge and understanding of the subject in question. Three women mothers and professionals over 18 years of age were included, who returned to work after being away on maternity leave in the last five years, who developed their work activities in that company during the study period and who voluntarily agreed to participate in the research. Data analysis was based on the content of the reports obtained through interviews, and their discussion was carried out in accordance with the theoretical foundations of the bibliographic research. The results showed that despite the strengthened legislation and, often, improved benefits, many women are unable to organize themselves in a way to reconcile motherhood and work due to factors ranging from the emotional to the socioeconomic. Thus, it was concluded that there are still great problems and challenges to be faced. It will be shown that during the period of primary concern, some feelings such as impotence, fear, worry, anxiety and great tension develop in women. |

Por lo tanto, el objetivo fue analizar las experiencias después del regreso de la licencia de maternidad entre los trabajadores de una fábrica de cerveza en la región noreste de Brasil. Por ello, se realizó un estudio descriptivo con enfoque cualitativo, con el fin de obtener más datos, enriqueciendo el conocimiento y comprensión del tema en cuestión. Se incluyeron tres mujeres madres y profesionales mayores de 18 años, que se reincorporaron al trabajo luego de estar de baja por maternidad en los últimos cinco años, que desarrollaron sus actividades laborales en dicha empresa durante el período de estudio y que aceptaron voluntariamente participar en la investigación. . El análisis de los datos se basó en el contenido de los relatos obtenidos a través de entrevistas, y su discusión se realizó de acuerdo con los fundamentos teóricos de la investigación bibliográfica. Los resultados mostraron que, a pesar del fortalecimiento de la legislación y, a menudo, de la mejora de los beneficios, muchas mujeres no pueden organizarse para conciliar la maternidad y el trabajo debido a factores que van desde los emocionales hasta los socioeconómicos. Por lo tanto, se concluyó que aún existen grandes problemas y desafíos por enfrentar. Se demostrará que en el período de preocupación primaria se desarrollan en las mujeres algunos sentimientos tales como impotencia, miedo, preocupaciones, ansiedad y gran tensión.A presente pesquisa versa sobre as vivências e desafios das mães no retorno ao trabalho após a licença-maternidade. Objetivou-se assim, analisar vivências após o retorno da licença-maternidade entre trabalhadoras de uma Cervejaria da região nordeste do Brasil. Para tanto, realizou-se um estudo descritivo com abordagem qualitativa, com fins de obter maiores dados, enriquecendo o conhecimento e a compreensão do assunto em questão. Incluíram-se três mulheres mães e profissionais acima de 18 anos, que retornaram ao trabalho após afastamento por licença-maternidade nos últimos cinco anos, que desenvolviam suas atividades laborais na referida empresa no período do estudo e que aceitaram participar voluntariamente da pesquisa. A análise dos dados foi construída pelo conteúdo dos relatos obtidos através de entrevistas, e sua discussão foi realizada em conformidade com os fundamentos teóricos da pesquisa bibliográfica. Os resultados demonstraram que apesar da legislação fortalecida e, muitas vezes, benefícios aprimorados, muitas mulheres não conseguem organizar-se de maneira a conciliar maternidade e trabalho por fatores que vão desde o emocional ao socioeconômico. Dessa forma, concluiu-se que ainda existe grandes problemas e desafios a serem enfrentados.
