Resumo: Objective: to validate the content of an informative material on the acquisition and development of oral language in children 0 to 5:0 years old, in magazine format. Method: The validation of the material was performed by a group of experts’ speech language therapists. The questionnaire consisted of 18 questions that addressed the following categories: content, language and design applied. Each investigated item was analyzed through the 5-point Likert scale of agreement and for each category a blank space was left for the judges to make comments. To quantitatively verify the degree of agreement between them, the Content Validity Index (CVI) with a minimum value of 80%. Regarding the qualitative analysis, a thorough analysis of the judges' comments was carried out through content analysis. Conclusion: a high index of content validity and final presentation was reached. It is expected that the material will support educational actions in health, providing the dissemination of information to family members, caregivers, as well as students and professionals involved with children in the development phase.

Método: La validación del material fue realizada por un grupo de logopedas expertos. El cuestionario constaba de 18 preguntas que abordaban las siguientes categorías: contenido, lenguaje y diseño utilizado. Cada ítem investigado fue analizado utilizando la escala de acuerdo tipo Likert de 5 puntos y para cada categoría se dejó un espacio para que los jueces hicieran comentarios. Para verificar cuantitativamente el grado de concordancia entre ellos, se utilizó el Índice de Validez de Contenido (IVC), con un valor mínimo del 80%. En cuanto al análisis cualitativo, se realizó un análisis exhaustivo de los comentarios de los jueces a través del análisis de contenido. Conclusión: se alcanzó un alto índice de validez de contenido y presentación final. Se espera que el material sirva de apoyo a las acciones educativas en salud, facilitando la difusión de información a familiares, cuidadores, así como a estudiantes y profesionales relacionados con niños en fase de desarrollo.Objetivo: validar o conteúdo de um material informativo sobre a aquisição e o desenvolvimento da linguagem oral de crianças de 0 a 5:0 anos de idade, em formato de revista. Método: A validação do material foi realizada por um grupo de juízes fonoaudiólogos experts no assunto. O questionário foi composto por 18 questões que abordaram as seguintes categorias: conteúdo, linguagem e design utilizados. Cada item investigado foi analisado por meio da escala Likert de concordância de 5 pontos e para cada categoria foi deixado um espaço para que os juízes fizessem comentários. Para verificar quantitativamente qual é o grau de concordância entre eles foi utilizado o Índice de Validade de Conteúdo (IVC), com valor mínimo de 80%. No que diz respeito à análise qualitativa, foi feita a análise minuciosa dos comentários dos juízes, por meio da análise de conteúdo. Conclusão: atingiu-se o alto índice de validade de conteúdo e de apresentação final.
