Resumo: Objective: Evaluate the epidemiological profile of Covid-19 victims in Sergipe in the year 2020 to September 2021. Methods: This is an epidemiological survey based on deaths notified by Covid-19 in the state of Sergipe in the year 2020 to September 2021. Data were collected through the epidemiological bulletins of the Epidemiological Surveillance of the State of Sergipe, available to the public through the website of the State Health Department. 543th Epidemiological Report, made available on October 1, 2021, was analyzed. Results: Between 2020 and August 2021, 278,134 confirmed cases of the disease and 6,010 deaths were reported. The sociodemographic profile of the confirmed cases were mostly young people aged between 20 and 39 years, brown males. About the Clinical profile, in most cases they were people without comorbidities, followed by chronic heart disease. The lethality rate, on the other hand, affected mostly elderly, female browns. Conclusion: The predominant age group in the state was young adults between 20 and 39 years old, female, brown race, with comorbidity of arterial hypertension, thus being the most affected by the disease.

Métodos: Se trata de una encuesta epidemiológica basada en las defunciones notificadas por Covid-19 en el estado de Sergipe en el año 2020 a septiembre de 2021. Los datos fueron recolectados a través de los boletines epidemiológicos de la Vigilancia Epidemiológica del Estado de Sergipe, disponibles al público a través de la página web. del Departamento de Salud del Estado. Se analizó el 543 ° Informe Epidemiológico, disponible el 1 de octubre de 2021. Resultados: Entre 2020 y agosto de 2021, se reportaron 278.134 casos confirmados de la enfermedad y 6.010 muertes. En cuanto al perfil clínico, en la mayoría de los casos se trataba de personas sin comorbilidades, seguidas de cardiopatía crónica. La tasa de letalidad, por otro lado, afectó principalmente a las mujeres marrones de edad avanzada. Conclusión: El grupo etario predominante en el estado fue el de adultos jóvenes entre 20 y 39 años, del sexo femenino, de raza morena, con comorbilidad de hipertensión arterial, siendo así el más afectado por la enfermedad.Objetivo: Avaliar o perfil epidemiológico das vítimas da Covid-19 em Sergipe no período de janeiro/2020 a setembro/2021. Métodos: Trata-se de uma pesquisa epidemiológica descritiva a partir dos óbitos notificados da Covid-19 no estado de Sergipe. Os dados foram coletados através dos boletins epidemiológicos da Vigilância Epidemiológica do estado de Sergipe, disponíveis ao público através do site da Secretaria Estadual de Saúde. Foi analisado o 543º Informe Epidemiológico, disponibilizado no dia 01 de outubro de 2021. Resultados: Entre os anos de 2020 e setembro de 2021 foram notificados 278.134 casos confirmados da doença e 6.010 óbitos. O perfil sociodemográfico dos casos confirmados foi caracterizado por indivíduos jovens (20 a 39 anos), raça não informada e do sexo feminino. Sobre o perfil clínico, na maioria dos casos foram pessoas sem comorbidades, seguindo de doenças cardíacas crônicas. Já a taxa de letalidade acometeu em sua maioria Idosos, pardos do sexo masculino.
