It is a descriptive literature review, of a qualitative nature on tutoring in distance education in times of COVID-19 with relevant guidelines for teachers/tutors in distance education in view of the recommendations of the Ministry of Education. It is based on a review of narrative literature with discussion of the following points: interactivity as a pedagogical proposal and the skills of the tutor with a view to cooperative learning in Distance Education. Teachers/tutors who work in online courses and disciplines should be mediators of the content developed taking into account the multimedia content, the collaborative space, flexibility and accessibility.
