Resumo: | Marketing is of great importance to all segments. It is no different for the individual, where he or she needs to be prepared to meet the demands imposed by the market, and then seek to improve their skills, knowledge and skills, seeking alternatives and professional qualification, developing some specific skills and seeking the maximum excellence in your personal marketing. This research aims to highlight the strategic tools used by personal marketing and the importance of these practices in personal and professional development, based on a bibliographical study and a theoretical framework based on the authors who study the theme. It has been verified that personal and professional marketing is being increasingly used, both by people who are starting their career and also those who intend to grow within the company, mainly due to the requirements of the market. From the studies carried out it is possible to perceive that although it is being a tool, it is increasingly used, although there are still several tools that are not exploited as they should. |

No es diferente para el individuo, donde éste necesita estar preparado para atender las exigencias impuestas por el mercado, debiendo entonces buscar perfeccionar sus habilidades, conocimientos y competencias, en busca de alternativas y cualificación profesional, desarrollando algunas competencias específicas y buscando al máximo el alcance excelencia de su comercialización personal. Esta investigación objetiva evidenciar y discutir sobre herramientas estratégicas utilizadas por el marketing personal y la importancia de esas prácticas en el desarrollo personal y profesional, a partir de un estudio bibliográfico y un referencial teórico basado en los autores que estudian la temática. Se verificó que el marketing personal y profesional viene siendo cada vez más utilizado, tanto por personas que están iniciando su carrera como también aquellas que pretenden crecer dentro de la empresa, principalmente, debido a las exigencias del mercado. A partir de los estudios realizados es posible percibir que a pesar de estar siendo una herramienta, cada vez más utilizada, aunque todavía existen varias herramientas que no se explotan como deberían.O marketing representa uma grande importância para todos os segmentos. Não é diferente para o indivíduo, onde este precisa estar preparado para atender as exigências impostas pelo mercado, devendo então buscar aprimorar suas habilidades, conhecimentos e competências, em busca de alternativas e qualificação profissional, desenvolvendo algumas competências específicas e buscando ao máximo o alcance da excelência de seu marketing pessoal. Esta pesquisa objetiva evidenciar e discutir sobre ferramentas estratégicas utilizadas pelo marketing pessoal e a importância dessas práticas no desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, a partir de um estudo bibliográfico e um referencial teórico embasado nos autores que estudam a temática. Verificou-se que o marketing pessoal e profissional vem sendo cada vez mais utilizado, tanto por pessoas que estão iniciando sua carreira como também aquelas que pretendem crescer dentro da empresa, principalmente, devido às exigências do mercado.
