Scientific communication and the institutional repository within the PPGE/UFAM

Resumo: The contribution of UFAM's institutional repository as a tool for knowledge production in the “education, cultures and Amazonian challenges” concentration area of the UFAM Graduate Program in Education. The research aims to analyze if self-archiving can contribute to the consolidation of the area of the aforementioned program, especially because it presents peculiarity in its thematic area. The theoretical-methodological path adopted is the cartography of Deleuze and Guattari (2011), seeking to know the movement of becoming and the singularities observed in walking, so it was necessary to know the UFAM guidelines procedures described on 1065/2017 and the area document of CAPES 2016, trying to find legal incentives for open access and repository feed. It was observed that the repository is not used in its effective potential by the program with the propose as a means of making its production visible and serving as a basis for the production of new knowledge about the concentration area, considering that the UFAM repository is part of the Northern Networking. Institutional Repositories and that would bring visibility of the program production at the regional level. Thus, it is necessary to adopt practices that contribute to the repository's self-archiving, consequently to consolidate the program's concentration area, it is mandatory that the document that CAPES area of education also accompanies the development of the free access and open culture movement that it will be innovator for new structures of scientific communication.

El objetivo de la investigación es analizar si el autoarchivo puede contribuir en la consolidación del área del programa antes mencionado, especialmente porque tiene peculiaridades en el área temática. El camino teórico-metodológico adoptado es la cartografía de Deleuze y Guattari (2011), buscando conocer en el movimiento del devenir y las singularidades observadas al caminar, por todo que fue necesario conocer las pautas de la Ordenanza UFAM 1065/2017 y el documento de la área de CAPES 2016, tratando de encontrar incentivos legales para acceso abierto y alimentación del repositorio. Se observó que el programa no utiliza el repositorio en su potencial efectivo como un medio para hacer visible su producción y que sirve como base para la producción de nuevos conocimientos sobre el área de la concentración, considerando que el repositorio de UFAM es parte de la Rede Norte. Los repositorios institucionales y para hacer visible su propia producción del programa a nivel regional. Por lo tanto, es necesario adoptar prácticas que contribuyan al autoarchivo del repositorio, produciendo y consolidando en consecuencia sobre el área de la concentración del programa. Es necesario que el documento que el área de educación CAPES también acompañe el desarrollo del movimiento de libre acceso y cultura abierta. Son, en efecto nuevas estructuras de comunicación científica.A contribuição do repositório institucional da UFAM como ferramenta para a (re)produção de conhecimento na área de concentração “educação, culturas e desafios Amazônicos” do Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação da UFAM. A investigação visa analisar se o autoarquivamento pode contribuir para consolidação da área do citado programa, especialmente porque ele apresenta peculiaridade na sua área temática. O caminho teórico-metodológico adotado é a cartografia de Deleuze-Guattariano, buscando conhecer o movimento do devir e as singularidades observadas no caminhar, para isso foi necessário conhecer as diretrizes da portaria 1065/2017 da UFAM e do documento de área da CAPES de 2016, na compreensão de estímulos legais para o acesso livre e alimentação do repositório. Foi observado que o repositório não é usado na sua efetiva potencialidade pelo programa, como meio de visibilizar a produção dele e de servir de base para a produção de novos conhecimentos acerca da área de concentração, considerando que o repositório da UFAM compõem a Rede Norte de Repositórios Institucionais e que traria visibilidade da produção do programa a nível regional.
