To accomplish this evaluation, a questionnaire was made with the parents/guardians of these children. In a second part, a semi-structured interview was made to deepen the knowledge based on the answers and information previously provided. The research aims to confirm or contradict the data raised in the theoretical framework, the content of this article may be of great regard to psychologists, pedagogues, parents, psychiatrists and people in the health area who may be interested in the theme, as there aren’t many articles, research and studies on this subject in Portuguese. The results of this study showed that the vast majority of parents / guardians are extremely overloaded and that many children show changes in both behavior and cognition. Research, Society and Development2021-07-28info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/1821810.33448/rsd-v10i9.18218Research, Society and Development; Vol. 10 No. 9; e36110918218Research, Society and Development; Vol. 10 Núm. 9; e36110918218Research, Society and Development; v. 10 n. 9; e361109182182525-3409reponame:Research, Society and Developmentinstname:Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)instacron:UNIFEIporhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/article/view/18218/16238Copyright (c) 2021 Aline Diniz dos Santos; Júlia Kamers da Silvahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessSantos, Aline Diniz dosSilva, Júlia Kamers da2021-09-12T14:28:06Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/18218Revistahttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/indexPUBhttps://rsdjournal.org/index.php/rsd/oairsd.articles@gmail.com2525-34092525-3409opendoar:2024-01-17T09:38:23.990642Research, Society and Development - Universidade Federal de Itajubá (UNIFEI)false
