The status of the question - survey of scientific productions related to the professional education of people with disabilities

Resumo: | The article brings a survey of scientific productions on the professional education of people with disabilities in Brazil. The objective of this investigation is to place researchers on the subject in question, amid a universe of academic publications, making a record of the themes, objectives and central idea, in addition to listing the postgraduate programs to which they are linked. The methodology used included qualitative research of the bibliographic type investigating the productions published in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations – BDTD through the following descriptors: i. Professional Education, Disability and Federal Institute of Education; ii. Professional Education, Graduates and Federal Institute of Education; iii. Professional Education, Disability and the Labor Market. The survey was carried out between the months of September and October 2021, and no time frame was established for classifying the productions found. As a result of this article, 20 works were mapped directly linked to the subject suggested here, that is, they presented in their texts an intersection of information on professional education, people with disabilities and inclusion in the world of work. We conclude that the study carried out with the State of the Question indicates important clues for a more contextualized reflection on the professional education of people with disabilities, their insertion in the world of work and the implications of the current model of society in the development of inclusive processes, in addition to providing opportunities for an improvement of our object of study. |

El objetivo de esta investigación es ubicar a los investigadores sobre el tema en cuestión, en medio de un universo de publicaciones académicas, haciendo un registro de los temas, objetivos e idea central, además de enumerar los programas de posgrado a los que se vinculan. La metodología utilizada incluyó una investigación cualitativa de tipo bibliográfico investigando las producciones publicadas en la Biblioteca Digital Brasileña de Tesis y Disertaciones – BDTD a través de los siguientes descriptores: i. Educación Profesional, Discapacidad e Instituto Federal de Educación; ii. Educación Profesional, Posgrados e Instituto Federal de Educación; iii. Educación Profesional, Discapacidad y Mercado de Trabajo. La encuesta se realizó entre los meses de septiembre y octubre de 2021, y no se estableció un marco temporal para clasificar las producciones encontradas. Como resultado de este artículo, fueron mapeadas 20 obras directamente vinculadas al tema aquí sugerido, o sea, que presentaban en sus textos una intersección de informaciones sobre formación profesional, personas con discapacidad e inclusión en el mundo del trabajo. Concluimos que el estudio realizado con el Estado de la Cuestión señala importantes pistas para una reflexión más contextualizada sobre la formación profesional de las personas con discapacidad, su inserción en el mundo del trabajo y las implicaciones del actual modelo de sociedad en el desarrollo de procesos inclusivos, además de brindar oportunidades para una mejora de nuestro objeto de estudio.O artigo traz um levantamento de produções científicas sobre a educação profissional de pessoas com deficiência no Brasil. O objetivo desta investigação é situar pesquisadores sobre o assunto em questão, em meio a um universo de publicações acadêmica, fazendo um registro dos temas, objetivos e ideia central, além de listar os programas de pós-graduação aos quais estão vinculados. A metodologia utilizada contemplou uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo bibliográfica investigando as produções publicadas na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações – BDTD por meio dos seguintes descritores: i. Educação Profissional, Deficiência e Instituto Federal de Educação; ii. Educação Profissional, Egressos e Instituto Federal de Educação; iii. Educação Profissional, Deficiência e Mercado de Trabalho. O levantamento foi realizado entre os meses de setembro e outubro de 2021, não sendo estabelecido nenhum recorte temporal para classificação das produções encontradas. Com produto deste artigo tem-se o mapeamento de 20 trabalhos vinculados diretamente com a matéria aqui sugerida, isto é, apresentaram em seus textos um cruzamento de informações sobre educação profissional, pessoas com deficiência e inclusão no mundo do trabalho.
