Resumo: | In order to understand how people with disabilities (PcD) access to work occur, this article aims to present the results of the application of a pedagogical workshop for students and former students with disabilities from the Federal Institute of Piauí-IFPI (Teresina-Central), where this educational proposal was sought to reveal the perception of people with disabilities (PcD) about the world of work. reflect issues that involve the difficulties of access and permanence of PCD sat in labor activities, as well as discuss labor laws that support people with disabilities and present a technological tool the application "Efficient" that aims to give more autonomy and agility to job vacancies that are reserved for this public. The proposal of this research is found in the profile of action research supported by the qualitative methodology, where it was proposed to investigate the difficulties of insertion in the world of work of people with disabilities, using semi-structured questionnaires applied at each stage for data production. The results showed that the pedagogical workshop brought significant reflections contributing to the formation of PCD, bringing relevant discussions related to the insertion to the world of work, also revealing the importance of using technology as a facilitator to the inclusion of people with disabilities. |

The results showed that the pedagogical workshop brought significant reflections contributing to the formation of PCD, bringing relevant discussions related to the insertion to the world of work, also revealing the importance of using technology as a facilitator to the inclusion of people with disabilities.Con el fin de comprender cómo se produce el acceso de las personas con discapacidad (PcD) al trabajo, este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar los resultados de la aplicación de un taller pedagógico para estudiantes y ex alumnos con discapacidad del Instituto Federal de Piauí-IFPI (Teresina-Central), donde se buscó esta propuesta educativa para revelar la percepción de las personas con discapacidad (PcD) sobre el mundo del trabajo, reflejar temas que impliquen las dificultades de acceso y permanencia de PCD en las actividades laborales, así como discutir las leyes laborales que apoyan a las personas con discapacidad y presentar una herramienta tecnológica la aplicación "Eficiente" que tiene como objetivo dar más autonomía y agilidad a las vacantes laborales que están reservadas para este público. La propuesta de esta investigación se encuentra en el perfil de la investigación-acción basada en la metodología cualitativa, donde se propuso investigar las dificultades de inserción en el mundo laboral de las personas con discapacidad, utilizando cuestionarios semiestructurados aplicados en cada etapa para la producción de datos. Los resultados mostraron que el taller pedagógico trajo reflexiones significativas que contribuyeron a la formación de PCD, trayendo discusiones relevantes relacionadas con la inserción al mundo del trabajo, revelando también la importancia de utilizar la tecnología como facilitador para la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad.Visando compreender como ocorre o acesso de pessoas com deficiência (PcD) ao trabalho, este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar os resultados da aplicação de uma oficina pedagógica destinada a alunos e ex-alunos com deficiência do Instituto Federal do Piauí-IFPI (Teresina-Central), onde buscou-se com esta proposta educacional revelar a percepção das pessoas com deficiência (PcD) sobre o mundo do trabalho, refletir questões que envolvem as dificuldades de acesso e permanência das PcD em atividades laborais, bem como discutir as leis trabalhistas que amparam a pessoa com deficiência e apresentar uma ferramenta tecnológica o aplicativo “Eficiente” que visa dar mais autonomia e agilidade as vagas de emprego que são reservadas para este público. A proposta desta pesquisa se encontra no perfil da pesquisa-ação apoiada na metodologia qualitativa, onde se propôs a averiguar as dificuldades de inserção no mundo do trabalho das pessoas com deficiência, utilizando-se de questionários semiestruturados aplicados em cada etapa para a produção de dados.
